My wife and I each have had a Blu standard pack for a month now and... its ok. We are ready to move on now.

Ive been researching for a week or so and boy is it overwhelming at first. Just would like someone to check over my order. I feel like Im buying parts to build a pc for the first time all over again.
Ordering from myvaporstore.com

2x Joye eGo XXL 1000mAh Mega Battery - Stainless
2x Joye eGo Rapid USB Charger
1x Wall to USB Converter
1x 510 Ultimate CE2 Clearomizer XL - 2.8Ω/ohm - White
2 Drip Tips
And their coffee espresso liquid.

I also already have a few bottles on their way from Mrs Ts Bakery and Ill be ordering a sample pack from pink spot or johnson creek soon (depends what my wife wants to do). I also have a bottle of awful marlboro menthol smooth liquid from a friend which is what made me a bit more interested... got me started refilling my blu carts myself and boy was it better. I can reliably get some vapor now? Wow, life changer, seriously.

Someone really should make a starter kit with eGo 1000 batteries with the option of cartomizers. Like a "build your own starter kit" type thing.

Anyways, thanks, dunno why Im so nervous to place another order.

So is the 15 boge cartos deal from crystal clear vaping regular cartomizers? Ill grab those if so since they are free shipping and seems a great deal.

I kind of ordered 2 of the eGos on purpose knowing that we might run into eachother just because I want to leave room to order something else next week if something 'better" or "cooler" rears its head.

It looks like you're only ordering 2 batteries, 2 chargers, and one box of Clearo's. Did you price it out with a starter kit instead? It's often cheaper that way. Also, if you're both going to be using it you should probably have 2 batteries each. They can take a few hours to recharge so what are you going to vape while you're only battery charges?

Personally I'd suggest two starter kits. If you're wanting the 1000mah batt's ask about subbing them in the kit, I did just that with a different vendor and it only cost a couple of extra $$. I'd also throw in a box of Clearo's if that's what you like, some people report leakage with the CE2's though. The starter kits come with 2 atty's each so you'll have some backups if you don't like the Clearo's after trying them. The Clearo's come with their own drip tip. I'd order a couple of spares for use on the atty's. As to juice for 2 people, start with at least 50ml. That amount will only last a couple of weeks before you need to reorder.

I def would get another pack of cartomizers. You might not like the clearomizers. Personally I hate them, they can be very finicky.

I would get a pack or 2 of the Boge Cartos. If you already ordered or they dont have them you can get them at Crystal Clear Vaping for a great price and they have free shipping which is nice if your just ordering carto.
Im not a huge fan of the eGos since they are only 3.4V but they are a great PV. I like the 3.7V PVs more like the E-Power, Riva, or kGo. You can use a wider array of atty/cartos with a 3.7V and they work really well with LRs.
I also recommend trying the "Ressurector" cartomizers from CCV. They are really made for a 3.7V, but will work fine on a eGo. They just wont be up to their full potential. They are incredible though, even on an eGo. 1.7ohm LR and they hold 2ml of juice.
If you order from CCV youll get a free syringe with all carto purchases which I suggest you use to fill your cartos.
And if you get a 15-pack youll get a syringe and a free drip tip.

Goodluck!!

Too many options! I cant take it! Gonna wait for my wife to get home and go over everything with her. I was interested in Riva before even the eGo but I was under the impression eGo was much better and more popular.

Im gonna remove the ce2 cartos for now and swap for something else, I just thought they were new/improved cartos. Didnt know they were actually different.

I wanted to stay simple so was going to just avoid the atty/cart/cone stuff and just do cartos which is why I ignored the bundles all together. They all come with attys/cart/cones and not cartos.

We arent broke by any means but I cant just order everything lol.

Whats a website with 1000 mah ego equivilent riva bundles?

Can anyone give me more info on Riva in a nutshell? Is it really a good option instead of the eGo? I can actually get one or 2 of each. I had a 100 dollar limit in my head on this but screw it, out the window with that cheapness.

NOTE I did just get laid off from work but its seasonal, no big deal, just little less money to spend, lol.

I started with the eGo and then ordered a Riva battery as a backup. They accidentally (or graciously) sent me 2 Riva batts and I like them much better than the eGo. Now my eGo batts are my backups.

There is definitely a learning curve involved with using CE2s. You may not like them. People either seem to love them or hate them. Most of the problems that existed with earlier versions have been resolved, but they still require a little fiddling in order to get them working optimally. You may want to add a different type of carto as a back up option.

Loose batteries don't come with atomizers. Or do you mean you are buying Ego kits?

SYRINGE for CE2 cartos

And I recommend some plain Boge cartos too if you don't have any. Or Kanger 2 ohm 510 horizontal coil cartos.

And make sure the juice isn't a VG juice - hard to use in cartos - and get more juice than you think you need.

I like the Riva much more than the eGo bc it is 3.7V.

I would also consider the E-Power 14650. Thats what I have and I absolutely love it. Its 3.7V like the Riva.
The big thing that is different about the E-Power though is that it uses non-proprietary batteries. E-Power batteries cost $4 compared to eGo/Riva batteries that cost $14-20. And E-Power batteries last a lot longer before they need to be replaced.

Everything is replaceable on the E-Power so its really cost effective. With the eGo/Riva the battery and switch is all one piece.
So if something breaks you have to replace the entire unit. Thats one of the things I dont like, especially with the eGo. If your using LR cartos on an eGo you can fry your mosfet if your not careful and then you have to replace the whole unit. Thats why I recommend a 3.7V bc it can handle it better.
With the E-Power its all seperate pieces. Instead of one piece, there is 3. The tube, battery, and switch can all be replaced individually. That was one of the things that I really liked. Its nice that you can just replace the switch if needed and continue to use your existing tube and battery, yet I havent found any carto that the E-Power switch cant handle.
I think you should def consider the E-Power.

If you do like it I would get it from Crystal Clear Vaping. They have a great package and you get about $25 in free stuff.
Youll get a free 5-pack of Ressurector cartos, a free 30ml juice of your choice, and free shipping.
Put in "ecf5off" and youll get 5%off the order.
I think you and your wife would both really like the E-Power. You get 2 batteries with the kit and one battery for me lasts about a day to a day and a half, which is really nice. And I find its much easier to carry a back of battery with an E-Power compared to a Riva or eGo. With the Riva/eGo your basically carring 2 PVs to have a backup battery. With the E-Power you can just carry a backup battery. They are small(about the size of a AA battery but alittle longer) so its easy to always have a spare with you.

I think youd really like the E-Power or Riva more than the eGo.

As far as the cartos, I dont like the clearomizers. Like I said they can sometimes be a real pain. I would go with a pack or 2 of Boges or the Ressurectors. They are easy to use and work very well. Personally I like the Ressurectors bc they produce crazy amounts of vapor and they hold 2ml of juice so they last a long time.

I would still get an atty or 2 though. If you get a Riva or E-Power kit, they come with them. You dont just want to have cartos because then you cant test juices. You want to make sure you like a juice before you fill a carto or you will waste them if you dont like a juice. Test juices with an atty/drip tip and once you know you like a juice, then fill a carto.

Goodluck with everything!!!

You want to expand on this a little bit, because it doesn't make sense. I use an ego and carry one battery. Lasts me all day the same as your e-power does. Why would I need to carry two complete pvs?

What I meant is that if you want to carry another battery your carrying basically another PV without a carto attached to it since the tube battery and switch is all one piece.
I dont mean that its a big deal, because its not, I just find its easier to carry just a spare battery.
Dont get me wrong I really like the Riva/eGo, I just dont like that you cant take the battery out of the unit.

All good advice. But hard to absorb lol.

I'll just throw my :2c: in. I use smoktech dual coil cartos with my eGo, and have had good luck with them. On my 2nd week with one, and that's my all day one. I have a second one on my 510 that I have 18mg tobacco in, that I use mostly for cravings, and it's going on 4 weeks, but I only use it a few times a day.

The eGo I have is a passthru, but you can also unplug it and vape on the go, you can get one for around $20, not including cartos or atty's or juice, but for me it has been worth it. Just my opinion.

Good luck with whatever you choose, all are good choices, and anything that keeps you off analogs, is great in my book.
