Iwas right, CCV has the E-Power back in stock.
I just checked it. So now you can get the E-Power for yourself!

I also recommend ordering another pack of 2 of cartos for you and your wife.
Id get the Ressurectors but thats up to you. They work wonderfully on the E-Power and Riva
Also if you order another pack of cartos from CCV youll get a free syringe.
Id use it to fill your and your wifes cartos.Its very easy and if dont know how I can post detailed instructions on how to fill them with a syringe.
