I found a recipe that I've been really enjoying of the past few weeks. I've been thinking of mixing up a 3 month supply of it (around a litre) just to have it all done and out of the way.
Is there anything I should be aware of in terms of preserving the quality of a batch this size?
I was planning on storing the bulk of it in an amber glass bottle, and filling a few 30ml unicorns from it on a weekly basis.
Is it possible a batch this size could degrade in any way over the span of a few months? I'm assuming that most of the premium juices I've bought in the past were sitting for quite a while, so I'm guessing no, but I'm not certain. I don't want to jump the gun and end up having to toss 1/2 the batch due to some factor I overlooked.
Also, I'm assuming that with the flavorings I'm using the flavor profile wouldn't change drastically beyond the 2 week steep I've already tested it at?
I'm using:
(FA) Tanger Mandarin 3%
(FA) Orange 1%
(FA) Cream Fresh 1%
(FA) Vienna Cream 2%
(TFA) Vanilla Swirl 3%
(FW) Vanilla Bean Ice Cream 2%
