Making coils for RDA, what Wattage to be at?

Normally I vape with a tank and my box can go up to 220W but I never go above 120W (and even prefer staying around 80W). With an rda I always see people going really low like 30W and lower even, why is this? And should I be running it that low?

I plan on going dual coil once I finish making them

it's all about coil mass for me to determine watts. How quickly it gets to ideal temp for vaping

With each new coil(s), start at a low wattage and move up to your comfort level. As long as your build is within the specs for your mod, you will find a good vape with a little time. Good luck
