The title says it all. I made the mistake of not freezing my nic base and it was almost the color of rust although it was stored out of the light and in a relatively cool place. Which I am not surprised that this happened, but I made a batch of juice with it and the after only two days of steeping the juices have changed from a slightly rustly color to the color they are supposed to be after they have had a chance to steep even the custard flavors I used have changed. The belgian waffle is a waffle color (goldish), the sweet cream & french vanilla (goldish brown), smarties flavor (pink), the grape juice (back to clear). This is very odd, does the flavoring mix faster with oxidized nic base. I have an idea thats prolly what has happened but I cannot really find any information on this subject. Does this mean that they are ready, should I let them steep to their proper times?? Questions galore lol. Thanks for helping in advance.
