All this talk of lawsuits. What's a red neck worth money wise? Even if he wins, what are the damages? The value of the concert tickets? His pride? My guess is no attorney would take the case and the venue will offer him a few $1000...
What is the value of a constitutional right? What is the value of our American way of life? Our brothers and sisters are maimed and killed defending our rights and way of life here at home. If some slug on the force or "parolee has a job as guard" spits on that sacrifice I say crucify 'em. There is no dollar amount that would compensate for some ...... spitting on our Flag and our Constitution. The response was a ridiculous overreaction (all assuming the article was accurate, which we'll do for the sake of argument) and please put me on that jury -- I'll make sure the next guard company vets and trains their people.
Legally speaking? Nothing, really, unless someone is in a protected class. Litigation is all about damages...

So you've been tased?
Oh yeah, but it was just for fun...
Not my idea of fun lol.
I was teasing a friend of mine who had recently graduated police school in Prague. I told her she looked really cute in her outfit- she was wearing black BDUs with riot accessories, but short of shooting me or hitting me in the head with her billy club, there wasn't much she could do to stop me if she needed to. She's all of 120 lbs dressed. She drew her taser and shot me in the chest. My knees buckled and I couldn't move, but it didn't hurt...
If it didn't hurt she didn't aim right. It hurts.
I don't think it "hurts" much, but I've encountered a bad wiring job that lit me up like Christmas. Someone confused a ground with a 220. That wasn't comfortable... A tazer isn't much in comparison. If it didn't hurt she didn't aim right. It hurts.
It was center chest. Pulling the probes out stung a bit, not the actual tazing. That was more like a paralytic seizure...

A very small percentage are immune to the pain. Maybe you're it. If it hooks up right, nobody is immune to the NMI.
For me it hurt alot and made me very, very angry.
Yup. Drunk off duty, not in uniform, cop in a bar. He was inappropriatly touching waitresses, one of them was my girlfriend at the time. It didn't help him at all since I still broke his jaw, a few ribs and his arm. His crooked cop buddies almost arrested me, but the lynch mob that was forming convinced them otherwise...So you've been tased?
It was no different than when I was shocked with a 240 volt flame annealer at work. I was stunned, and basically paralyzed and brought to my knees, but no pain...
I didn't tease Petra about her size after that...

It doesn't hurt to me. It addles your brain a little bit and you feel sore afterwards but not straight up pain. Sore like after a hard workout. I was also supposed to be confined to a wheelchair before I hit my teens because of spinal issues, so I learned to deal with pain. 33 and still going strong...Well you guys have bigger stones than me. It hurt like a ..... It is over when it's over but when it's not over it hurts.
