Yay! I'm definitely interested in a single 18650. If it were also a light colored wood, for example.....maple or zebrawood, or #121, I would ________ (fill in the blank with something akin to jumping for joy).

I will have a few like that with the lighter colored wood, in both Birdseye Maple and Zebrawood. Also one in Leapordwood, that one looks pretty sweet.

Help!
My daughter put my battery in backwards and now it won't fit! The spring is flat. Can I fix it?? Is I ruined?? I looked at the info on the dna 20 and didn't see what I needed.

I am so m a d!!! My gpa got admitted to the hospital, I can't get a coil to work to save my life, and now my mod isn't working.:(:(:(

Damn I had no idea they were that fragile, how did u get yours work?

Mat will fix it if you send it back to him. That fragile spring saved your mod if it didn't collapse it could of fried your circuit board or worse sent your battery in to thermal. Thats the only flaw with the DNA in my opinion no short circuit protection, other than the spring.

Sounds like you're having a rough day :( .. The mod can easily be fixed. I can put a new spring in it for you. The lack of reverse battery protection is definitely the biggest downfall of the DNA. Luckily the collapse of the spring is there to save the day :)

Shoot me a PM and we can talk about it.

I thought I was going to have mods finished this weekend, but my soldering iron gave out on me. I ordered another one, but it wont be here till mid-week. I should have these mods finished next weekend. There's going to be a few dual 18650's, some single 18650's, and a few stealth mini's.

Is this still a possibility? I want to get my wife a dna20 mod for Christmas :)

Yea, Im going to start working on them tonight. I have a little bit of wood work to do, and lots of soldering. I'm hoping to have everything finished in a day or two. I'll keep everyone posted.

I have a few mods wired up and finished. I wasnt able to do any wood work on the others. Its been about -5 degrees here and my garage just cant seem to warm up enough for me to get anything done out there. I want to wait to list the mods till they are all finished. So there is a possibility the sale wont be till early next week. I'll do my best to get everything finished asap.
