I must have some weak lungs.. I cant hang when it comes to sub-ohm at 20+ watts. I usually build coils around 2 ohm and vape at about 12 watts.

Old school wimp. ;)

(3Ω and 9.2 watts over here!)

I am actually gong to make a few more of those soon. As well as some wood ohm meters.

Also, to address a question that has been asked since I started building mods... There is a bottom feeder mod in the works right now. I will be using the printer to conceptualize the design, but will be made of wood in the final stages.

Now you're speaking my language, Matt! Keep us posted? Puleeze?

^ order two cough cough just send me an invoice for it lol.. I was looking at it using a single 20 amp auto fuse should allow for a .28 ohm build @a mind blowing 112 watts.. Which would make it a cloud machine

I tried to print one with rounded corners and the print warped a little. I'm working on building an enclosure for the printer and that will help keep it from warping. I'll post some more printed mod pics tomorrow showing size comparison.

Awesome!

Btw can't the reprap self replicate it's printed parts?

how about a retractable usb cable built inside the mod.. If I use Lipo cells I could probably get the mod small enough to make that work.

Personally would prefer just the charging port. Main reason is the K.I.S.S. method, put a retractable cord in there, and that is just another moving part to break. I think your built in charger with its base would sell. Especially if you were able to keep the cost of the base down, that way people could afford a couple of them. One for the office, and home. Really nice feature, would be a cig charger for your car. Even better, Cig charger that had a base that fit in your cup holder in the car!! I think you would have a problem keeping up with demand on those.

Unfortunate they wanted to warp. Just like everyone else, you have us addicted. Most likely will "try" and get one of the printed mods, then try again when you can incorporate the charger.

Did have a question. Have you put a RBA tank system on a printed mod yet? Like a KFL or Squape, those things are heavy when full. Just wondering if they would be top heavy and want to tip, or unstable? Maybe leave some room in the bottom for some SS disks as a counter weight? Just some thoughts.

Can't wait to see the pictures as my stalking continues:)

Yep, thats part of the reprap (replicating rapid prototyper) movement. Although the only parts on my printer that are printed is the extruder assembly. The frame and everything else is laser cut wood. But I have printed a lot of upgraded parts for the printer. My next big project is to come up with my own line of 3d printers. :)

I have IGO rba's and some other various clones and none make it top heavy. Its actually a pretty solid mod.

I was talking to my wife and told he I wants one ... Until I saw the price of kits online.. Can't really justify spending that when I just want to play with it,, doubt if ever come up with anything worth selling

Ya, its gets expensive to run one too. The filament alone is about $30-$40 per roll. And you have to have multiple colors, so its a few hundred dollars just to get a good color selection so you dont get bored.:)
