i just rescued my 3d printed from the mailbox. wow. it's much stealthier than i'd imagined. it's pretty cool.

the sharp edges are a little uncomfortable for my pudgy hand. can a total klutz round these without destroying it?

+1 on bottom-feeders, wood or plastic.

I dont think you should try to round it. It will scuff the plastic to the point where it has white scratches. It would look kinda silly after that. Maybe I'll see about making some custom fit silicone 'bumpers' for these mods, similar to how an otterbox is. Or when I get around to building an enclosure for the printer I can print it with rounded edges and not worry about the print warping.

That is definitely weird.. Let me know if it keeps acting up.

Went to throw a battery in it this morning when I got up...nothing. played with it for 5 minutes...nothing. switched the battery and repeat. After like 2 minutes of tinkering with buttons, taking on and putting the atty on, raking the second fresh battery in and out and bam...turns on. Very odd.

Side note, I can't go above a certain wattage. I was playing with it earlier and 25+ was an instant reset and 18 - 24 was a reset quickly after firing. The lower the wattage, the longer it took to reset. This was happening with all 4 of my Sony vtc4s after a fresh charge. 2 batteries bought from a b&m under a month ago, 2 from some site about 2 months ago. I tried with 2 rdas, both igow4. One at .8 and the other that reads anywhere from .6 to .8. It seems to settle on .8 today, it was .7 most of yesterday.

I'm not mad at these problems because I know things sometimes just go wrong and this may help if anyone else has the same problems. Also, 15w vape isn't terrible

I'm going to look into getting an efest 35a at some point soon, but it'll be online so a few days out at the very least.

Time to go vape on my baby at 15w all day

Weezy, when you put a battery in the mod, look at it real close and make sure the positive end of the batt is touching the battery contact. I've seen that before where certain flat top batteries dont make contact because a wire or something has gotten in the way not letting the battery fit like it should. If its not making full contact that would also explain why it wont hit at higher wattages and why it doesnt always turn on. Let me know what you find out.
