I'd be in for a dual 18650. You said it wouldn't really be much bigger then a single 18650, right?
The duals are the same width as the singles and an inch or so taller.

I was fotunate enough to be one of the new Mancavemod members. Now I am trying to read all the past information. I have AW IMR batteries. I think those are only rated at 10 watts output, but will they work?. Is there a list of the 20 watt output batteries. I may need to order a couple difference batteries if my AW IMR will not cut it.
Would love a Duel 18650. How about trying your hand at building a MCM bottom feeder? Kinda like the bogger box with a DNA20. You would have your stuff sold in 2min! haha.

I think I can handle that! I have several sets of 18650's that have always been used in pairs; I hate to break them up. They need a mod. Any idea what the price'll be?
a 18650 with the 510 coming off the side at a angle and the screen in the top
The AW IMR's will work. They are rated at 10amp max output which is well over the 7amp max required by the DNA20. If you are wanting to vape at 20watts you should get the AW IMR 1600mah. They have a real low internal resistance and are capable of sustaining 20W with the DNA20. If you are looking for a good all around battery, I like the Panasonic CGR's, and other people here have suggested the Panasonic NCR's as well.
Here's a question for the Matador. Have you even done any of your lovely mods with a customer requested connection? Meaning if I wanted one with a slightly recessed 801 connection and it was a guaranteed sale, would you consider it? If not no biggie, I've just always wanted a device with a dedicated 801 connection. Simply because 801 fusions are basically all I use and they look sorta silly on everything.

I'd have to do some measurements. Or at least look into how a standard 801 connection looks on a mod. It may not even need to be recessed at all. I would just absolutely be in love with a mod that allowed an 801 to be screwed down virtually flush.Possibly... how recessed do you want the connector?
