Singha, how many watts do you vape at? And whats the resistance of your atty? Like NebulaBrot said, the battery cutoff depends on your load. If your battery is not under load and it reads 3.6v, then im guessing under load it drops past 3.1 forcing the DNA20 to stutter and letting you know its time to recharge. Do you have other batteries that act the same way?

Matador i use a did genesis aty , resistance between 1,8 and 2,1 ohms generally at about 10-11w and with 2 new panasonic battery .
Will try next time to go to the maximum of battery with a lower wattage and re check, but till now i always re charged around 3,6v. Sorry wrote quicky in my bed.

I usually run mine to about 3.6, but I have ran one down as 3.2 or 3.4

I vape at 9.5 with a 3ohm Boge usually

I am vaping mine right now with a ZattyU at .9ohms 3/4 28gK It flashed the .9 at me for a bit when I first screwed it on....kinda saying...are you sure about that. Nice at 12watts, 3.5 volts. If I want to see the coils glow for a half second and then turn into molten lava I can turn it up to 20w.

NebulaBrot: My MCM Mini, which uses the evolv DNA12, shuts down at about 3.2v. I get the stutter firing of the cart a few hits before that (I never measured, and the DNA12 doesn't have a display). My charger puts about 500mAh back into a cell, and the cells test out at 700mAh, as rated, if I manually discharge them down to 3.0v with my balance charger/discharger. So I get a little less out of each cell than I could if the DNA12 shut down at a slightly lower voltage, but I'm (being "forced" to) being nice to my batteries this way, they'll hold their rated capacity for many more charge/discharge cycles, and they'll have many more charge/discharge cycles before I have to recycle them.

Singha: 3.6v is a bit high to change out your battery. Won't hurt, but it also won't do anything more for the life and capacity of the cell than discharging it down to 3.2v.
