Hi gang,
All kidding aside I wish to extend my heartfelt thanks for the warm hospitality and allowing a foreigner to hang with you folks for a spell. It was a blast and a memory not soon to be forgotten. In particular to Domino who made the trek amidst a busy chaotic period in her life. The 3 amigos were finally together
The highlight of the evening (there were many) was Jewelly (or something like that, ya can't expect this old fart to remember all the real names do ya?) Who was vaping away on an eGo moments after Jack joined in on the festivities. The expression on her face was priceless after switching from an auto 510 to an "Happy eGo". Corny----> now I know why Jack called them the Happy eGo,
they make folks happy. A neophyte vaper perhaps, but one that is now well on her way to becoming an X smoker, and that indeed is what it is all about.
I left with more than "this" lousy Tshirt
and wish to extend thanks for the kind and unselfish generosity displayed (not strictly materialistic) by both Jack and Rob. Generosity aside, I left with a better understanding of both individuals, not as vendors but as members of a fraternity/community. Their philosophy and integrity wrt being there to help smokers vice selling a product is indeed commendable and sincerely genuine, props.
It is a dog eat dog world out there, and everyone is looking for their piece of the pie. We often see some rather distasteful comments wrt both Jack and Rob. Well let's just leave it at that, the bar is set high and we ain't doing the limbo. Their successes in this small community extends further than financial gain. Those that have had the pleasure and opportunity to witness and fell this first hand, require no explanation. If these two have been placed on a pedestal by the community, it is because they deserve the honours of standing on the podium. Well done to both of you.
The insight I left Toronto with (yes I was on a mission) will be cherrished and appreciated for many years to come. Thanks!
To all in attendace,
Thank you for many wonderful moments and I sincerely wish you all the best in remaining smoke free. A new day, a new way. Good luck to all. If Switched, and many more where capable of doing it, so can you.
