I snagged 1 more map tank. I already had 1 and chose to leave the extra one I was going to purchase in case someone didn't already have one. But, this time I purchased my backup because honestly, with my luck, I'll either loose/sit on/drop one eventually and I would be SOL. Lol

As the guy saying "this thing leaks" (which it did) let me say this. I've had this baby full for over a week sitting here and not one droplet of juice has escaped. Not only that but it just goes on and on pouring out clouds of vapor and performing flawlessly. I have become a changed man and love these Map Tanks. I've never bought a product from Bruce that was bad though so for him that's par.

I ordered my first MAP Tank after hearing so much about them. The only thing I'm worried about is it leaking but I'm sure with the help of Bruce and the rest of you guys I'll be able to fix it if that does happen. I sure wish MAP was still making the mini's though. I would have much preferred one of those.
Bruce I see Mega Map Tanks on your site but no more Mini's. Are they a thing of the past now? I love those mini's!!!!!
Same here WiKiD, always best to have a back-up. I ruined my first MAP with Cinnamon Red Hots (made it cloudy) and then the polycarbonate tube cracked on me. New polycarbonate came today and now waiting on the O rings and I'll be set for life, unless the caps wear out on me.
Sleddie, I'm still waiting on my o-rings also. I'll be glad when they get here.
I like my CE-2 XL Clearomizers so well, I may just sell my COV Map tank I received the other day. I havent even taken it out of the package. I received all my CE-2's in i had on order and they are working great for me 
I don't care much for the clearo's. I wish I had gotten stainless steel CE2's so I could cut them down and use them for my MAP tanks, everyone is always out of those when I go to buy them. I ordered another one today so I could have one for my 5v blue lightning tube mod & one for my GGTS when they come in stock. I still have 6x 510 XL 2.4ohm clearo's and 4s 3.0ohm XL clearo's (unopened) that I really don't want now. I just ordered some 3ml syringes so I'm going to try to mod them so they wick better.
someone asked about mini's. MAP no longer wants to make the minis so COV will carry regular and mega MAP Tanks.

This MAP Tank will be my first experience with a CE2. I've read that some of the CE2's taste bad and that you should get the chemicals off them first by boiling or burning them. Is this recommended for the CE2's that come in the MAP Tank or will I be okay to use it right away?
I made my clearomizers re-usable by putting some plumbers tape around the base (got the idea from the modders forum) before slipping the cut syringe over top. So far, no leaks! Not sure if it is wise to use plumbers tape, but didn't know how else to re-use them otherwise.
What you're using is Teflon tape. It is ok for water lines but I'm not sure with ejuice contact. There is a silicone tape on the market but it is probably thicker. Not sure if stores are carrying it ,but it's marketed under Rescue Tape name and is made from food grade silicone.
