The Chalice would make a great stealth vape .... darn this thing is quiet.
Been a long time since I've vaped without gurgling sucking sounds!

It's like vaping a Rolls-Royce ;-)

I get a pretty good crackle out of my 1.06-1.10 vertical coil, but the squonk is definitely silent.

Wow my third coil (second I've built) is much much better than the stock set-up.

A nice 2.1 ohms cranked up to who knows what on the VV Woodvil.

It strikes me as odd though that my second coil ever performs so much better than the stock coil.
Kinda seems like for making such a nice atty the MB team could provide a better coil .... they know its for bottom feeders.

Those aren't my pictures, but I've been rocking that same wick/coil setup since the second day I got mine...

Tim, my only genesis style atomizer is my g-tank-us. I recently got some type B ego tank cartridges for it and I must say it's a very enjoyable vape once you get the kinks worked out when building your steel mesh wick and wrapping the coil. It worked great with the SS tanks and caps too, but I didn't enjoy the condensation build up nor the top heavy feel it had.

Stick with it, be patient, and give your SS wick setup several mls of vaping to "break in" and you'll be quite impressed.

Good Job,

I just picked up a Small lathe today :) Going to spend the weekend in my shop and what kind trouble I can get in to with it. LOL

No....I turned it on the lathe from some delrin rod I had layin around. No threads....Just a press fit. The orings make the seal. It's working perfectly, but I'd prefer the replacement top.

I also have a Mill

G0704 Drill/Mill with Stand

I have a well rounded shop for wood or metal. I would love to own a South Bend Lethe though.
My Dad is an old machinist so I get a lot of coaching in the shop :)

Yep I look through the littlemachenshop site all the time.

My next project is a metal model. Can not wait to get in to them.

Nice score on the SB I should have looked around but Grizzly is just down the street and hard to beet if something goes wrong with it. Plus I don't pay shipping so it saves ma a bunch.

I grabbed that SB on Craigslist for $650.00, that was some score. I've been offered more for it, but I can't seem to part with it. I have a small mill and a mini lathe also....Micromark. You should check out the machines here. They make some nice stuff for a reasonable number.
