How am I to vape my Earl Grey without a MarkT from Cloud9? Hopefully just one to two more weeks folks. Time to be sure we're all accepted for accounts at Cloud9 and don't forget to make sure we already have all our bits and pieces in our permanent carts ready to go on release day.

Hey there, which Earl Grey are you vaping, looking for a good one to go along w/my Orange Blossom Black Tea

That's what I thought, too....

Since that is way too long of a video for me to download, the feedback I have been reading is that this is similar to an A-2 -- is that correct?

I was looking at the Bulli but what turned me off is that you need to buy all these different "kits" to convert it to do the different tasks. Then the website doesn't tell you which kit is compatible with what. I was going to ask over in their thread what the deal was, but then I saw this thread and looked at the Mark-T and its all complete. Buy one package and get everything and its all compatible.

I am on the fence re the type A tank now though. Now the Bulli has a type B kit and I use the Type B Ego-T myself a lot. The 2ml capacity vs the 1.2ml capacity does make a big difference for my usage. I am thinking of waiting for the Mark-T to release a type B tank. I am in no rush, after all.

Hi Vocr, I have had a few people indicate that they would prefer to buy all the bits separately but the majority of people agree with you (and me) that a complete kit that contains everything is preferred as buying piecemeal can cause compatibility (and shipping cost) issues.
Not sure if Mark has any plans for the larger type tank as the unit is so nice and compact as it is, but we'll see. For the moment, we want no changes of any kind that could impact production.

Still aiming for the middle of this month for the first batch guys. :)

There will be no sending of bills. What will happen is that those on the pre-notice list, will receive a newsletter 24-hours before they officially go live, notifying them when the live day and time will be. This way they can prepare and make sure they are able to order one.
The rest of my newsletter recipients will receive a newsletter at the time they actually go live (or shortly after as it takes the system some time to send out thousands of newsletters).

At the time they go live, you will be able to add one to your cart and make your order in the normal way. They will be strictly limited to one per order only and if you try to order more than one, your order will be rejected and a refund given and you could find that the first batch is sold out before you can re-place your order, so - play fair and give everyone a chance to get theirs. Subsequent batches will most likely also be limited to one per person also.

If you are in the US, please remember that paypal will be converting the British pound price into dollars and you should ensure you are OK with this beforehand so that you don't get a shock when you see the converted price.

As you can imagine, Mark's extremely busy getting them ready, but I spoke to him this morning as we're still hoping for mid month and we're seeing if we can organise a faster shipment method to me, so that we don't have to wait a week or more for normal post.

I will keep you updated if the situation changes.

hehehehe.
Yes, about the bill thing, I had to comment and try and make the situation as crystal clear as possible otherwise before we know it, everyone would be waiting for bills, not getting them, and finding out that the first batch had sold out whilst they were waiting to be billed, instead of realising that they have to actually go to the site, put it in their cart and checkout.

So many times I've seen how easy it is for misunderstandings to happen and things to get really nasty really quickly and there's no need for it - no need at all.
I just want to make absolutely sure that you all have the full information and know that I am being as transparent as possible about every single aspect of this project.

If I have not made the situation completely clear in this thread, or there's any ambiguity at all, please just ask.

I really don't want to ruin anyone's fun and I love that you guys are getting so excited, but I just have to make sure things are clear and everyone knows what the procedure is, you know?

It's unbelievable how easy it is for misunderstandings to happen on here, and suddenly something has become fact, when it's just some random comment someone threw out there - classic example "Put me down on the list" - next poster assumes there's a list, and from then on it's completely snowballed, and there we are.....................
