Not entirely sure what exactly you're asking, Jorad - Mark designed and is making all parts of this atomiser (with the exception of the wick) in Romania.

Wow! He's going to be able to manufacture thousands of these things?! I'm just really interested in how these are made because I'd love to be able to make my own one day.

There will be no sending of bills. What will happen is that those on the pre-notice list, will receive a newsletter 24-hours before they officially go live, notifying them when the live day and time will be. This way they can prepare and make sure they are able to order one.
The rest of my newsletter recipients will receive a newsletter at the time they actually go live (or shortly after as it takes the system some time to send out thousands of newsletters).

I'm signed up for the newsletter, but how do I get on the pre-notice list mentioned?

MarkT's use that fancy new precoiled wick, so I guess we have to get kanthal/wick separate elsewhere.

Almighty, you're slacking off I would have thought you'd have enough wick and kanthal for all eternity. I personally intend on being immortal so I will always need more wick and kanthal, but for now I guess I can be happy with a couple lifetimes worth. Pondering a trip to McMaster Carr for a few more rolls of this and that, just to be on the safe side.
