Hi!
I recently bought this rta:
Kayfun_Mini_Style_RTA-03-e1448011697392.jpg

When i remove top cover and refill it and put it back on it creates some sort off vaccum. 1/2 leaks out through hair holes place.
Tried setting coil posistion higher higher and lower. Tried different coil wrapping styles. Tried adding different amounts of cottons. Tried to set holes closed, wide open, fully open. Tried to adjust all the screws to make sure rba deck is not loose. Already wasted 30ml liquid. Flavour and vape is fine. Only problem is that leak.. What i am doing wrong? Factory fault unit?

I'm not familiar with that particular Kayfun-style atty. Does it have dedicated top fill or are you simply removing the top cap. If it's anything like the Kayfuns I'm used to you need to fill through a screw in the bottom, or carefully block the air holes when removing the top cap and filling. You'll still get some leaking that way though.

I'm a long time Kayfun vaper, but I've never tried the mini. When leaks occur it's usually an o-ring that's nicked or worn and causing loss of seal or vacuum. That one looks like the fill port is the screw on the side in the picture. Once you fill it while it's inverted you just reinstall the screw and then turn it right side up.

You can check the seals by drawing a vacuum on it. You do that by placing a finger over the air intake hole and sucking on the drip tip, then you hold the vaccum with your tongue on the drip tip for 5 or 10 seconds. If the vacuum goes away while you are sealing the drip tip with your tongue, you need to replace all the o-rings.

It's hard to tell which o-ring seal is leaking, so the easy way is to replace them all. When you top fill, you have to hold your finger over the air holes to seal the tank. Once it's full, replace the top and invert it with the drip tip up and allow the air bubble to move to the 510 connector end, then remove your finger and allow the pressure to equalize.

Filling using the fill screw is the right way to fill it. Filling by removing the top cap only works if the air hole is blocked. Even then, you will have to invert it and blow through the drip tip to clear the air hole of juice before vaping.

The analogy is to think of a soda straw filled with water. The water will stay in the straw as long as your finger seals the top hole. If your finger doesn't completely seal the straw, water will drip out the bottom.

It looks like this at the bottom. Only 2 airholes on both sides no refill holes any sort of. No refill holes in top cap. Works without chimney part as rda quite good and probably keep that way. Probably stick with my Kayfun monster which has refill screw at bottom. Atleast i got it for like 5 euros :D so not much lose for me.
So it's a "Kayfun style with top fill", but the Kayfun depends on proper vacuum to function. Without a juice flow control it simply can't work without leaking. You can try blocking the air holes when filling, and turning the tank upside down for the last stage of screwing the top cap on. That could help you maintain the vaccuum.

Anyone else who has the problem here is fix: The chimney has thread to coild deck and you should screw it there and top fill it- dont do it. Push the top cover on and then push chimney there too (rta deck is removed). So now glass, top cover and chimney pushed there. Fill it upside down about 3/4 liquid or it leak . Then push coil deck with bottom cover holes carefully on and let it sit upside down 2 min. Basically you fill it like bottom coil clearos. Also add very little piece extra cotton under finished coil to absorb unwanted liquid.
