Any idea when these might reach stock? I still haven't even seen a pre-filled with the ohm rating printed on it. I assume that was only blanks? But new stock of some of the flavors have come in; do those have the ohm rating?

Glad you're working to improve the cartos. They work great as-is, but staying ahead of the curve is always a good idea in this industry.

we just got the blanks in all say v2

How recently have you purchased cartos? I have gone through no less than 75 cartos and had two that I considered 'duds'. Every other carto has been very consistent.

They did start testing the ohm rating on the cartos quite a long time ago, and discarding any that didn't fit the prescribed range, so that might also play a factor if you haven't ordered more recently.

You are correct. It has been awhile. Thanks.

They have small but hopefully crucial changes to alleviate some of the problems we've been having with high voltage batts and with high VG liquids. The heating coils are now being regulated for a slightly higher ohm range, 2.6-2.8ohms, and have been raised slightly in position to seperate them from the high temperature silicon adhesive and o-ring. And a new tool has been introduced to the assembly process to improve consistency in the coil position. Lastly, the wick has been changed from 4 strands to 5 strands, which should help thicker liquids, like high VG liquids, wick faster. All of these improvements are exclusive to Bloog.

Excellent. I have 100% VG liquids and have suffered from both issues you are addressing. I changed all my batts to fix the high voltage issue already but was still suffering from the occasional wicking issue and out of spec ohms but as I said to Frick earlier, all my experience is out of date as I've been slowly working my way through a large order placed a while back. The good ones out of my batch have been holding up great and working well. It was just so disappointing to have to test each new one and waste juice finding out I had to toss it after all.

That being said, you admitted the problem, addressed the feedback, and [hopefully] fixed it. Many other suppliers have denied their issues or at least not openly addressed it, only to come out with new revisions which only then admits (in not so many words) that there were issues by the mere fact that they had to release a new revision. Excellent work. I am definitely going to be placing an order with confidence. I hope your efforts and any mfg costs incurred in producing a higher quality product pays you back in dividends. For some of us, who've been burnt (no pun intended) many times in this industry, we just want a quality reliable product from a company we can trust to recommend to others and your honesty and commitment is refreshing.

Many many years ago I worked in restaurants and you remind me of a hotel manager who once said something I'll never forget, he said a problem is not always a bad thing, in fact, it is a wonderful opportunity to go above and beyond in showing your commitment to making things right and turning that problem into an example of what good service is all about.

So, I must also warn you that now that I've lavished you with praise, if in fact my order sucks, I'll be back... and it won't be pretty. ;-)

Thank you, Leaford. I've been waiting for this announcement.

So if I order blanks now, will I get the new, updated version? How would I know how to order the V2?

So is the black blanks are back in stock now?
Any chance of ever getting some plain silver ones...without the stickers?

The blacks are back in stock.

But no, I don't think we will ever have a stickerless carto option. For one, the sticker helps insulte your lips from the carto's heat. For another the bare metal can affect the taste of the vapor. When I was testing the watermelon flavor samples I almost rejected them because they gave them to me in stickerless cartos and the metallic tang made them taste nasty. And lastly, because we wouldn't be able to logo them without engraving which would be cost prohibitive.

Thanks! I actually spent much of my adult life working in hotels, and heard that exact saying over and over.
