Alright. It's 44 here. I guess summer is actually over for us, too. I'm cold lol

Last night it started as rain, then turned to sleet, then snow. There's about an inch on the ground.

Seleya, it certainly did get cold last night! We have a freeze watch in effect for tonight.
It is suppose to get back up into the 70's in a few days. I am just hoping that wunderground is correct in that forecast!!

66 today for us, too. I went to a bon fire last night. Of course I didn't think to check the weather because it hasn't been that cold, and I also didn't take a jacket. Now I'm all snotty, lol.

I need to get upstairs and get a room ready soon, too! Still don't know when they're coming...but I better be ready. Knowing them, I could only have one day of warning...lol

Same! You know how the military is, lol. I had store credit for sportsfanfare.com and I used some of it to get a Seahawks wastebasket for that room and while I was there I used even more of it to get a new pair of 'Hawks sweatpants, lol. It cost me an arm and a leg in store credit, though! I still have $50 left but that won't even buy me a sweatshirt there.

I still have some stuff to move out of that room, too, but today I have been rearranging the living room all day. I can't get it where I like it!! Our living room is a funky shape. It's long and narrow so I have limited options for rearranging. Thing is, my tree is usually behind me and this year I want to be able to see it. If I can move tomorrow I will try another configuration and if it doesn't work I will just put everything back like it was and put the tree behind my chair. Of course it would be a little easier if I didn't have to be attached to a side table and close to an electrical outlet, but I need to be able to charge my mods and my phone!

I have the same issues...it's a long room but because of the open wall and windows on the other side, there's only one corner! And that's where the dogs sit to watch out the window...lol!

Ugh, It's so frustrating! I have never had a place where I couldn't change things up if I wanted to. I ended up putting everything back like it was this morning. The tree is in it's regular tree corner. At least now I don't have to worry about adding more lights. If I was able to sit and stare at it I would put a ton more on there but since it's not in my line of site it can hang out with just a single strand. If the prelit ones hadn't gone south (just the bottom 2 sections. The top still lights up) it would be a lot better. I forgot it was like this and that I wanted to replace it this year for that reason. I think I will just throw it out this year so I don't make the same mistake again next year.
