I would love to link this ut im on my phone and cannot, however, if you have a spare 10-15 mins search for a video on youtube NAMED

THE NEXT STEP IN vaping. by GrimmGreen

He is a fairly popular reviewer with tons of videos and does a very good job of breaking down vaping equipment. I highly suggest you watch it!

Either way, congrats on the leap! There's a lot of info out there and it will hurt your brain trying to learn everything for the next month, but you will eventually figure it out and be a transformed smoker! Just don't get discouraged and ask all the questions you want, there are a lot of awesome people in tnis community who love to help out newbies like yourself. Good luck!

I'll find it and watch it for sure.

Since signing up here this morning, I've been amazed at how big and friendly this community is!

Glad to be a part of it and I'll give back when and where I can....I promise!

Hi Suspicious. Welcome to the best forum there is.
A note from my experience:
I was a light smoker (7-9 cigs/day) when I started vaping. So I thought that I would not need high nic in my ejuice. I ordered 12-16 mg nic juices. I was not satisfied. Once I started using 24 mg nic juice, vaping has changed my life. Who'da thunk it?

Thanks Bullette.....guess I'd better get online and pump up the volume before the fact....huh?.....uh oh....just did. Got a five pack of 24 mg cartomizers en route.

Haven't had my first hit yet and I'm already addicted!

Hi Suspicious,

You have no idea how much fun you are going to have or how healthy was your decision. I used to be a pretty heavy smoker - more than two packs a day. I did start vamping two months ago and, upon receiving my initial kit, I gave up smoking at all ! For me, what amazed me the most was that I did not have craving crisis whatsoever... It has been a pleasure to vape and I also got a wonderful hobby. I am tech junkie and I already have a good collection of mods. Although I am spending a good deal of money on it, it is still far away from what I used to spend on analogs.d You are very welcome among us !!! Let's keep vaping !!! Greetings from Brazil.

Welcome, and congratulations! Don't worry about quitting for right now. Just worry about vaping. You might be like my friend, and quit immediately, and you might be like me and do both for months. There is no "right" way. As PickyJuicer said, just make sure you have backups! When I started, I got three batteries: One for vaping, one for charging, and one for if one of the other two crapped out. :)

First Welcome to the first best step in PVs. ECF is a wonderful place for infor information, support and courage. Like Kopfstimmen said there is no right way. ONLY your way. Your started so try to stay on track. What Kopfstimmen didn't say was that even the backups need backups for the backups that they backup. (sorry I'm OCD on my toys.) I will say that if you run into a hard time this is the place to be. You'll get the support and advice that will help you. Congratulations and I only can wish you the best on the new Journey youv'e started.

As everyone else has said there is no right or wrong way. My best friend and I started with a Vapor 4 Life kit 1.5 years ago. He found tobacco flavors to be his best alternative while I like Watermelon and other fruity flavors. There is definately a learning curve on preparadeness but all in all I have found t to be cheaper and more fun. I will say I bought my smokes on a per pasck daily basis so there is a little getting used to in buying a months worth of supplies at once. The bills are higher but far less frequent.

There seems to be a trend here. It would be amazing if I quit analogs.....they're like my best buddy right now.

They were my best bud for well over 50 years, but I found switching to e-cigs absolutly seamless. I started with 24mg, but now use 12mg.

Got a five pack of 24 mg cartomizers en route

Prefilled cartos are something that you will want to get past. They are normally to expencive. Empty cartos normally run about $7.25 for a box of 5, and juice is normally in the $6 range for 10ml.

The bills are higher but far less frequent.

Ya, my wife never seemed to notice when I spent $15 every day for a couple of packs of smokes, but damn does she ever perk up when I spend a couple of hundred for yet another new toy (PV) to play with.
and I have a new Reo on order .OOPS

Yeah....I figured I'm not taking the cheapest route but, I'll pay a little more right now to keep it simple. Hopefully I have a couple weeks worth of stuff coming so I can sit back and enjoy my toys while figuring out my next move.

I expect I might pass this kit along to my daughter when I upgrade to my VV 3000mah blaster....whatever the heck that is.
