Does anyone know if the restricted flow portion of the PPPA applies to e-liquid? If so, it's likely the bulk bottles don't conform to CRP standards, since they don't have nozzles.

The large bottles with the ketchup bottle style lid is now illegal as it is not child resistant per the new law.
yep approved child resistant tops only. As outlined by the CPSC I think it is.
Everything in vaping is going to heck and I can't even afford to stock in DIY supplies... This is a disaster. I am not going back to cigarettes.
