I placed a FT order on October 7th. It's expected to deliver October 22nd. Package hit NY yesterday(18th).
I've also ordered from angelcigs. Not exactly super fast shipping, but faster than FT it seems.
From angelcigs I got an SMPL 1:1 that is fantastic, also got the 'new' SMPL/rem version clone, it is nice, but not nearly as well made as the SMPL 1:1.

If you want cheap clones shipped from the US, try angelcigs.com
If ya see something you like, hit me up before ya buy it, I may have one and can tell ya whether it's a good buy or not :)
Awesome thank you! I will defiantly check it out! And if I see anything I'll definitely ask you! [emoji3]

That's cool yeah the smpl is actually one I've had my eye on.. But it's the clone by wotofo... Still need to do more research but with everything that's been going on this week I haven't had the chance. Thanks for your help! I swear joining this forum was a great decision, everyone on here is so amazingly helpful! [emoji1]

No problem. Just make sure you fully understand how the SMPL works and how to use it safely. Atty choice is imperative. Must have a posi pin that protrudes past the 510 connection. I've had at least one atty that should have worked, but upon close inspection, it would have shorted my battery had I connected it with my SMPL (the positive pin was dead flat even with the 510 connection, not adjustable, not without tools & technique anyway!).

Yeah thanks for the heads up! The guy at my local shop was telling me that the other day actually. What are you using on it if I may ask?

On my two SMPL clones I have mini haze's. I also have a Limitless Mod, which is also a pin-less, and I've used an El Cabron on it. Above FT order I mentioned above includes some Derringers to try too.
Sweet I have a derringer. But wont just entirely rely on that and completely do some research. As I stated above mech's still kinda scare me.. Which I think is good. It will keep me on my toes, making me double & triple check everything every single time. You should see me checking my batteries, my boyfriend thinks I'm crazy haha. But like I tell him better to be safe then sorry. [emoji4]

Well he may be right, but you can't be too safe!:D

Just try not to be too scared. Learn, and it seems you are, and you'll get more comfortable. Just don't get too comfortable!

There's a really good post somewhere in this subforum that has a graphic that shows how an SMPL works, very helpful.

When using a SMPL, you want the center pin on the rda to extend like this:

Rda's that don't have an extended pin like this, won't work:

Don't be scared of mechanicals.
The reality is: putting gas in your car is far more dangerous, but can be quite safe if you pay attention and do it correctly.
:)
Yeah, I guess scared wasnt the best adjective. I should of said that I'm very aware. That's something else my boyfriend says about me... That I need to use better adjectives. Haha! [emoji1]
