My crea arrived this morning and I decided to use my recurve with it using plain 26g ss316, I did 6 wraps and it's at. 46 and I love it.
Only thing I found hard is filling the bottle, I was cursing by the time I'd got it half full and juice all over the place, I thought there's gotta be an easy way so fired up google and yep I was doing it all wrong.

Assuming you’re using unicorn bottles, just insert the top into the end of the tube on the closed bottle. Flip, press the air into the juice bottle, flip and push the juice bottle to fill the squonk bottle. Repeat once if necessary.

That or get a 510 full bottle from FT or wherever. Same principle.

Saves you the aggravation and mess.

Thanks, yeah I learned the hard way, my other squonk mod is a topside and you just remove the cap and fill the bottle so it's a first for me using the crea bottles

I'm sure you found out by now, but you know the Crea has an adjustable 510, not a spring loaded one. If you ever have connection problems all you need is a small screwdriver to adjust the pin.

Thanks, I didn't know that, I just can't understand how it took me ages to try a mech, so simple to use and the crea is very lightweight, it's common sense really to use a mech, research and more research and making sure to lock the firing button when in pocket

Refill bottles are the way to go with squonkers. I need to get a couple more.

Yeah, I watched a vid about them, just screw into the 510 and squeeze air out and fill, so much easier as you don't have to keep disconnecting the bottle every time you fill, I'm going to order a few next week, I'm skint now haha

That’s going to be a chronic condition if you continue with squonking and mechs lol!!

Now you see why people like mechs.
