Mechanical mod adapter

Is there any way to turn a VV VW mod into a mechanical?
For instance:: I have a Smoktech SID and would like to try sub ohm-ing.
Is there a way or an adapter to override the electronics in it? Like some kind of mechanical push button thing to replace the little computer one.

No, but there's plenty of inexpensive (~$30-$40) mechanical mods. Just be careful and research what you're doing. Sub ohm-ing can be dangerous.

Pick up a cheap one on ebay, FT, classies lots to be had cheap.

I know nothing about unbuilding a vv/vw mod

Just buy a Magneto. You'll have good starting mods for both regulated and mechanical. If you compare the price of a kick, which makes a mech a regulated mod, to the price of a Magneto, and then consider the fact that you just asked for a thing that doesn't exist, I think you'll find that the Magneto is the perfect way to see what mechs are all about.

Outside of ripping the electronic parts out, you are pretty much stuck with a regulated mod. Besides sub ohm is wack!

I got a cheap 20$ SS Mecha mod on FT, works great, no problems, not even with my bank
