Rob, I hope you're close on these upgrades because I just melted my button on my grand!:(
Obviously it was my doing as I've had it for over a year and haven't had a problem.:) That was until I tried my hand at a dual nano coil that came out to .3 ohms. It was great for about an hour then spotty connection. I took it apart and it's nice smooth angled melt...

Please hurry! Or, if you have a prototype and can't find anyone to test it out for you, pick me...pick me...

the worst he could think about it is... nah ...

i think Rob did "like" Turbo's stuff!

He'd probably have to get me a raw Grand and .......ize it himself...hmm don't know enough about the process but i'm sure he gets them molded and treated for finishing...

hmm how about a Naval Brass Reo Grand?

The part of Canada that doesn't get enuf Snow :(
I can't wait for the upgrades. My older grand needs it. No matter how much I noalox it and file the tip I still get an arc. Going to have to lay this guy off for a while. :(

With aw imrs ? If yes then what kinda file are you using ? If it's a nail file type it won't properly cleAn the oxidation off. Use a good metal file and put a good gob of now lox on and you surely won't get any sparks.

My delrin is slowly melting with the sparks at the battery comnection (at .95 ohms) I sanded it down a bit to make it level, wrapped a coil at 1.02 ohm and still had the same problem.

HELP THIS REO NOOB.
-_-

I am powerless over the Reo and my vape has become unmanageable.

DP666, can you post photos of your setup? What battery are you using? What atty? Is it the delrin button or the housing that's melting? Nothing should be melting at that resistance. Is your spring intact? Give us some pics and a little more info so we can help. What did you sand down...the button? Pics of the button on your battery top. Is this a new reo?

All important. I run 0.65ohm coils all day on my month old grand w/ AW 1600mah and have never had any issues. I sand and apply noalox once or twice a week, depending on how dirty I've gotten my baby and feel the need to warsh it.
