me too.. :) My button melted again... Out till I get the kit. Using the Mini now with higher ohm coils.. lol

My friend kept melting his button on a .13 ohm coil. I drilled a small hole in the bottom of the button and pushed in the firing pin from an Evod head. so far he had not reported any more melted button. It's been 2 days. Just a thought. I wanna say it was a 3/32 bit.

Just make sure with any button mod like this, involving a conductive material, that you don't allow the material to have possible contact with the body in any way as this would create a short.
That being said I am sure you are fine. I have seen the evod piece you are referring to and it is plenty small enough. I just want to make sure anyone that may read understands the risks.

I sent my wrecked Reo Grand in for a mill job and a s/o kit install... even sent him the Origen2 b/f to make sure it fit.

Whenever Rob gets around to it, at least I know it will be good to go...

In the meantime I have a fuse and pin modded Grand from Pdib to keep me in sub ohm b/f heaven anyways... 0.40 ohms RM2 ... otherwise I'd be bouncing off the walls.

Gotta say, it's the ONLY WAY to fly...

EDIT: What are some accessories I should purchase as well?

Spare screws for the RM2, If the new springs are listed as a separate item, one of those. you'll get two bottles, maybe a spare. If you use strong juices maybe a spare tube. Thicker 1.5mm o ring.

About to order my first as well...may wait until the immediate rush is over and let him restock, not sure. Anyway....if a thicker o-ring is recommended, any reason why this isn't stock? Why the two sizes? Assume....this is the o-ring set into the drip well to prevent any additional leaking coming out of the 510 connection of the unit & RM2? Thanks.

Some people find that the thicker oring works better when trying to position the airhole on the RM2. For example. With the thin ring, your airhole may be at the 3 o'clock position, when you really want it at the 12 o'clock position. The thicker ring may stop the airhole better at 12 when tightening.

You may have to adjust the RM2 center pin out a little bit to make good contact on the REO center pin. The RM2 pin is threaded, so turn CW for in, and CCW for out.

Well I did say I'd wait a week until after they come in to order mine. So I'm looking at 4/30, now just to get my order ready. Fair warning Rob PM coming from a PITA next Wednesday.
