I just got a text from usps, I signed up for text tracking...my package is actually at the nearest hub! That's pretty awesome news, means ill probably get it in a few hours if all goes well and will probably have the free sample menthol x included 
! I ordered on Thursday morning, so that's pretty impressive! I think halos shipping department is on top of things now..

I wouldn't count on the free Menthol X, but if you ordered Thursday there's a 50/50 chance, as the offer went up this morning (Saturday).
I ordered Monday and sent them a message on Wednesday before ever getting a shipment confirmation. Got a message back a couple hours later on Wednesday and even though my package went out today (Saturday), it was too late to include the free sample.
Just an FYI. I hope you get it before I do though!

I heard about the announcement made on facebook through this forum (I dont have a book face) and the sample for orders over $20 on Wednesday and placed my order on Thursday morning..Emailed CS (because I saw someone mention you might have to ask) but they replied that all overs over twenty will get one...So like you said, it wasnt official till yesterday, but I'm crossing my fingers it will be here shortly with the sample! Ill let yall know what I think if I do get it...Kinda wanna let it air out and steep...but Im not sure Ill have patience for that, I guess the initial smell will be the deciding factor..
I ordered Tues and my total was like $74 cuz of the Memorial Day discount otherwise woulda been $80 something. I had no idea about the free sample bottle nor did I contact CS, but not a menthol fan anyway so could care less. I do know when Southern Classic was launched, they sent out free samples periodically with larger orders for awhile.
I had at one time like 3-4 small bottles of it. So in other words, don't fret. If you order often (meaning like another one in about a month) and it's a relatively decent sized order, you'll probably get a sample thrown in even without asking. It's not a guarantee, but with new flavors, Halo is pretty good about getting it out to their customers to try.

I only ordered 2 x 30mls on Monday night, took until Thursday to go out (not today, my mistake). I guess they are backed up.

I got a 10ml sample of menthol X! it came this afternoon in my order. It is in 12mg, the same as all my others. I shook it up and took the cap off to let air out while I was sleeping. The initial smell wasnt alcoholy, but I figured why not...smells pretty good, like the description- eucalyptus with a faint peppermint tobacco undertone.. The liquid seems really runny- thin.. Gonna load up a brand new tank now..

I was worried there would be too much peppermint. What's the color like? Give us the flavor profile.
I'm hoping the tobacco doesn't change the fact that menthols never need tank cleaning.
I have 17ml of it coming late next week.
wow..holy eucalyptus!! Its like some oil was just lightly coated to my throat. In a way like kringles curse does, and I do taste a slight peppermint mellowness, and also a tobacco throat hit.. very interesting blend. Will finish this coffee and maybe a few more and see if this changes at all.
You just answered one of my questions. Looks the same color as Tribeca/Southern Classic.
Im taking my time with it..my taste buds are very fragile right now...but so far, at 3.3V's in a new tank, its reminds me of a menthol tobacco thats been dipped in eucalyptus while your sucking on a after-dinner peppermint!
Its seems they are all blended together very nicely. I taste something really good on the inhale..like a combination of the 3..and then they all work together and separately on the throat hit/exhale! Very good blend so far. Im not really totally sold on it yet, but Im usually very difficult with my opinions..

Eucalyptus is super dominant though...I can tell its got some healing power like Kringles.. But its got more depth with the added peppermint and menthol and very slight tobacco taste...Camel Menthol smokers know what I mean about slight tobacco taste...If you crush the bead, you get absolutely no tobacco flavor...its kinda like that..but a whole lot different, but the closest thing to it Ive tried so far ( I havent tried any prime, torque, h3x of anything like that yet..)
