Hhmmmm weird for sure! Wonder if another ecig company got ticked off about something?
Hmmm. I would've guessed it was Microsoft due to their video game series "Halo". They've never been shy about lawsuits and copyrights etc...

There are so many possabilities really.
It could be that because of mention by some 3rd party reviewers of certain cig brands, they got suspended.
OR...
could be that one of the 3rd party reviewers did not like being in their playlist
OR...
could be that background music played...
OR... could be a whole host of other reasons.
I honestly would not read anything into it, till it has been suspended a week. My personal YT account has been suspended twice for very silly stuff, because it is sort of easy for any troll with a beef to get it done.
No idea how legitimate it is, did notice on the filing by the Iowa based company they made no mention of when they first started using said device that is at issue or what.
So I checked and the Legal named first registered their business with the State of Iowa in Feb 2008. It is possible then.. that they could have a valid claim, but I tell you trying to find that their device is named "Halo"... wasnt easy to find in 10 minutes, so I gave up.
I thought it was an insecticide as opposed to a repellent ... perhaps both?

Here's a tip. Websites always have their social media links, at the top or bottom of their Homepages. Halo has hers at the top, right hand corner.

this has been happening on YouTube a lot recently. not just to Halo but to other people who post something they own, then get banned or blocked. it's been an ongoing issue for months that YouTube has either refused to sort out or hasnt been able too. Some believe it is due to fraudulent third parties claiming everything is owned by them and youtube is too dumb to realize whats going on. If someone gets blocked, they have to go through a rather arduous process to prove the content is theirs and a lot of uploaders aren't doing that.
one of the biggest culprit have been small video game developers that load videos of games they are trying to show off and despite the fact they own everything, they get blocked. I think it started happening around last December.

I'm loving this menthol x...kinda juicy. It makes my mouth water. I'm pretty much only detecting the eucalyptus/menthol now
OK maybe they juicyness / wet mouth sensation is a peppermint aftertaste..very very faint.. its growing on me.. definitely nice for summer/outdoors
