I opened another up to try it with my Tobacco juice but so far I'm not that happy with the result. The atty is working fine but I seem to be getting almost no flavor at all from this juice. Maybe it will come in time, but what's weird is I had the opposite result with some other LR atties I tried. With those other LR atties, the AC tasted burnt and the Tobacco was pretty good. I'm pretty sure these atties have the same resistance as the others so I'm not sure why I have these mixed results.

Don't have my Janty LR's yet - should be here in a day or so - but I've been vaping LR's from another source for about a month now. I'm on my second one and both had similar results with about 10 different juices from different vendors, including both tobacco and "sweet" flavors. Seemingly regardless of which liquid, when the LR's are fresh out of the box TH is noticeably harsher and flavor is noticeably less. Call it a break-in period or whatever you prefer, after an hour or three of vaping TH hits a sweet spot and flavor returns to standard atty levels. And, of course, vapor levels are consistently awesome. Can't see why Janty LR's would be any different but I guess I'll find out soon enough :p

I'm pretty sure these atties are going to last much longer than the other ones I tried. I was in the library yesterday waiting to check out some books with my eGo in my hand as usual (still no case and afraid to put it in my pocket) when I noticed vapor coming out of the cartridge. Somehow the button was stuck. I quickly pressed it a couple times to get it unstuck. I don't know how long it was stuck for but it had to be for quite a few seconds because when I touched the cone it was really hot. I unscrewed the cone and touched the atty and it was even hotter--hotter than any atty I've touched before. I thought for sure it was going to be dead since it's an LR atty but when I got outside and tried it, it was still firing up without a problem. It did taste a burnt for a while but that eventually went away.

This is the first time that the button on the eGo got stuck on me and caused a problem. I did have one stick a couple times when I first got it but hadn't had any problems until yesterday.

I'm very surprised the LR atty is still working after that. I think this a good sign that these atties are going to last much longer.

@badass45: These are JANTY DURA tweaked LR ato's. As far as warranty is concerned, we have a DOA warranty.

LR ato's are put to enormous stress levels, they are very vulnerable due to the heavy usage and heat, you are in full control of it's lifetime basically...
Exactly... I got 16 LR atty's for myself and friends as soon as they hit the market. Only one of them has died, and that was due to my own negligence. All of the other 15 atty's are working like they did on day one.

I ordered a 5 pack of these Janty bad boys a couple days ago... can't wait for them to get here!!! Call me a LR atty fanatic, because I am. :D

...with my eGo in my hand as usual (still no case and afraid to put it in my pocket) when I noticed vapor coming out of the cartridge.

Last time I carried my eGo in my pocket, I was bopping around doing whatever when all of a sudden I felt this burning sensation on my leg, growing hotter by the moment. Took me a few uncomfortable seconds to figure out what was happening and...that's the last time I kept it in my pocket for any length of time :p

Just got my Janty LR's yesterday, BTW. Early days yet but first one I tried seemed to be throwing off more heat compared to the previous ones I picked up from Nhaler - atty itself is hotter and the cone is too so I assume the vapor is coming out warmer, at least during the current break-in period. Not necessarily a good or a bad thing, just different. Need more time with it to see if anything else is goin' on...

Another interesting note, I'm using a PTB cart mod with all my LR's at the moment and I've noticed when I've used up maybe 50-60% of the juice in the cart I swear there's a significant increase in both vapor production and flavor. Seems to hit a real sweetspot and it's happened with several juices. Not sure what's causing it but I'd like to duplicate it reliably and maybe it's just as simple as reducing the cart fill each time I reload.

Final comment, tried a new juice last night, JC's Swiss Dark Chocolate and I'd recommend maybe a separate atty for that bad boy each time you use it. Using the same atty, the carryover to the next juice is pretty incredible, strongest and longest I've had to date...

Hi guys, I just got my eGo today and is great - of course.

Usually I would leave my e cig ( bettery, atomizer + cart fastened) in my pant / shirt pocket while on the go / driving cause its dangerous handling
( screwing and unscrewing ) the battery and atomizer. Its easy jusy take
it out and vape.

so, any eGo users had come out own ideas so that the button is not accidentally press while in the pockets. Something like installing a small hard cover over the button which can be push to the side / up when u want to access the button....

The best I can offer is a hard eyeglass case. But I'm a chick and carry a purse so it's a bit easier for me to transport and when I'm driving the case is open on the seat next to me so I can just reach down and grab it.

This was a lesson learned after having someone lean/sit on on my unprotected purse while out to dinner and burning out an atty from having the button pushed.

And just in case there are some fellow girls who read this and are wondering, I took elastic and sewed it into loops onto the stick side of velcro and it sticks to the felt-like material that lines the eyeglass case. I just slide the ego into that and I have a few more loops for a bottle of juice and an atty.

Thanks but thats for girls with handbags and everything. I think guys we just wish to be as simple as we can be when going out. Eyeglass case cant fit in a jean's pocket.

Don't keep it in your jeans pocket. I accidentally sat on the edge of my purse where the EGO was in a front pocket. I felt something VERY HOT. When I took it out, the atomizer and cartridge had burned and the thing was smoking. Janty did replace it for me. That's why I love Janty.

Dunno what to say. I carry mine as is in my shirt pocket all the time without a problem. That being said I am a 54 male secured in my sexuality and don't mind one bit borrowing something from the "girly" side of the house if it works, providing it is not pink with purple pokydots.

here's what i use :

classical ecig case, just remove the side shaped for specific model.

Usual neck lanyard for cellphone, it's easy to keep string between cone and battery.

'twas a suggestion. lol. Not demanding anyone carry a purse or anything. Basically and I dea to work off of. Kinda like Hidaho has.

Maybe look for a hard case that's for a pen or something along the lines with that. Basically be creative. There are a lot of things you can discover that can be used for different purposes.

Also some syringes come in a plastic cylinder with a cap, I haven't tried mine out yet, but they may be long enough to hold an ego. Kinda like a larger version of the plastic case that mini M&M's come in.

If you are going to keep it in a pants pocket it would be easier to just unscrew the atty imo than making something to prevent it from going off.
