Getting started with e-cigs/PVs can be daunting. Reading the names of companies we've never heard of, getting opinions from people we don't know, getting confused from information overload, it's all too familiar to many of us.
You made excellent choices, Raechel. You did WAY better than I did in starting out. I bought the equivalent of a Smoking Everywhere device and later realized I paid twice, maybe three times as much as I should have. It's a common story line here.
Your 510 is a solid device and the eGo should be a 510 on battery steroids. Ya done good! =)
If ya listen real close, you may just hear the sleigh bells... LOL
It will definately be worth waiting for. It is a bit misleading on the site, but you can trust Ethan to get them out as soon as they can.
Today the problem has been corrected. Now you can order more than 1 set and the shipping method has changed to "Pk3", being reduced to 12,5 Euros, which is a reasonable amount for the two sets. Ordering now.

hello again from germany, i got a shipping notification from harry (EU-Shop) yesterday that the ego set ships today. not that bad in my case, i just came back from hospital.
for me the news of the free pouches weighs lots more

You don't need to worry about your money being taken. Many of us have been using Janty for a long time. Not only are they an innovator in the PV arena but they are also well respected, even by those who may not like their particular products.

Thanks guys. I am beyond excited about my Joye 510 coming tomorrow. As for the Janty Egos, Ethan emailed me back today. He has been out sick for 2 days. He said they will be upgrading shipping by one level for free for everyone and shipping as soon as they have them. YAY!
Ricky G: Yea I research the hell outta things. I think I made good choices. I am good at picking things appart too and pro and con. I knew I did NOT want cartomizers. Too expensive. I am a gadget geek so you know I was all about the Janty Ego. For when you go hang with friends and don't even want to think about batteries.

And major overwhelmed but glad I found it. Walked away for 2 days and came back ready to attack it and more. For 4 days I was consumed by research. And I am happy I did it.
I have always hated tobacco taste and tried everything to mask it. I hate the smell too. And I am so glad Jason and I won't, smell it or taste it anymore. Tomorrow night is night one with an e cig.
Now to research how to take care of them and start them off (blowing out primer etc).

don't worry, it seems that the carton presentation boxes were not ready. and they ship the 1st batch without that. imo a good move, i already have enough of these.

if i understand correctly you ask if Dura Carts fit the eGo.
sure they fit, the eGo uses Dura / 510 Atomizers and the carts fit.
the Ego is just a Dura with a pumped up battery, to say it the easy way. sorry mik to cutdown your design this way short.

I thought id just chime in:
My name is Mik, and i designed the eGo - i am the designer of Janty, and right now im actually on a Xmas holiday with my girlfriend, at her sisters place - and even here, i read your post and thought id go online and just tell you not to worry.
Even though we have tried to state several times that our eGo might be delayed and might not make it for Xmas, then it sometimes doesnt reach everyones attention - and the reason the item says "in stock" is a technical one, if there is no item in stock due to the way the database is built, we cant sell it on the website!
So, i hope this will make you feel a bit safer and hopefully explain everything a bit as well!
I myself have some eGo sets coming from our factory, and those were actually gifts for my mother and sister ( who also switched to e-cigs ) and they wont get their gifts either, so .. im in the same boat as you! =)
Im happy to hear you solved your problem though, and i hope we get to enjoy you as a customer in the future!

1st ludo and harry kept those stupid pyros away from me in march with the genuine kissbox extended.
and now mik does a hell of a job in not only designing, but speaking very openly about all things relating janty like it was never done before.
i owe you guys something, at least buying the next thing you come with around.
ok, enough fanboy palaver ....for now. i am now eagerly awaiting the delivery of my eGos.

Oh thats okay. Do you have any idea what compensation has been sent, if anything at all? Or is it something we can claim later with the pouches?
