I'm sorry to hear about your friends set. This IS unacceptable! If you poke around on these threads, you will see that I take my job very seriously and take very good care of our customers. I don't personally pack the orders so I can't take responsibility for the order; however, I do work with our customers every day and do my best to fix any problems that may arise. PLEASE have your friend open a help desk ticket immediately so that we can resolve this situation.

Hey all,
Well, unfortunately, I don't have an answer for this question as I am just in charge of customer service. Believe me, you all have my sympathy as I am a cappuccino vaper exclusively (at least I used to be). That being said, we are working on getting more of this sweet sweet nectar in; however, I have no time frame. I'm really sorry as I know that this is quite inconvenient for all of you (me as well). I work here and I can't even get the stuff! Please note that your concerns have been noticed by the jantyworld team, so we are aware that this is a problem and are working to resolve it.

Really, he does havce a lot. Thats just not right. To know a NEW customer, First time buyer of a Janty product has to go thru hell to use a product that, in my opinion, would have been my last (maybe not last, but a life long customer of Janty) he needs to have work so I can STAY off analogs. But nooooooo, Mik has to rub it in and flaunt his stash in my face... LOL
But hey, if I DO get my cable and get my eGo going, Maybe, being a first time Janty customer (and reviewer) that I could get a little help. Maybe test the Baby "J" and do a review? (J/K) I envy you Mik, I really do. (send me a Baby "J" and a JS v3 or even a Tesla cart, maybe 2 (nudge, nudge) to shut me up) or I will unplug Ethan from the 220volt socket b4 he leaves on his trip to go skiing. LOL

personally i am shocked that mik as head designer of a e-cig company has so few devices handy. or do you speak about those within reach of 5m from your workplace ?

btw, my teslafilter is broken, can you send me a replacement, please ? it accidentially slipped inside the atomizer chamber of the JantyStickXL and melted a bit on the front.

I like to consider them all as if they are on death row. I mean, usually i pardon one (which is the one i vape on) and then i sentence one to death ( which is to be taken apart for doing new designs / fixing stuff )

It might be one battery, but the battery OR the electronics can still die independently of eachother, in which case the warranty works for whatever is malfunctioning.

Makes sense?

I'm having a hard time coming up with new questions for ya Mik. :)

So if there is a problem with the "power unit" at say, 4 months, we just have to trust ya when we send it in and are told it's the battery(now out of warranty) and not the switch(still under warranty)? :|

Gawd I'm starting to sound like a total ...... those that know me probably wouldn't argue that... but I really do consider this kinda stuff when making purchase decisions Mik!

Aye sure'n he's the paaaaatience of saint he does that Mik_Janty!

I think you know the answers to your questions , but ill make it easy for you:

We believe in customer service, which means we will ofcourse honor our warranties the RIGHT way. ;)

Yeah, yeah, just filling some boredom at your expense :D

The eGo release has really kept ya hoppin', I just wanted to make sure you didn't lose your momentum :evil:
