I dont think thats a good idea, - the price you would pay for that is probably the price you would pay for say the new v3 coming out in 2010 + 10/15% or so.

Well the V3 should be coming early 2010 - and i dont think between now and then we will have the time to begin selling bodies of the v2 yet.

However, why dont you contact the store you buy from, and ask the shopkeeper personally if he can sell you a body? Im pretty sure they have some lying around, and you could probably get an ok price on one of those?

Hey all,
I have noticed some confusion on this in the past. I will try and update the site to avoid confusion in the future. As most of you know, all order placed prior to 3PM CST are shipped out same day. As for Friday, UPS does not deliver on Saturday as they don't consider it to be a "regular business day". There may be an option for Saturday delivery; however, I'm sure it is even more expensive, so I will speak to Jeff about possibly adding that as shipping option on the website. I will see what I can do and I apologize for any confusion.

Just a guess on my part, but assuming there is more profit in Stick Kits than in just the Stick by itself, selling only in kits makes good business sense when product is in short supply.

Unfortunately, ordering from Janty does not mean they will actually ship it to you. It is a standard for Janty to sell items before they are in stock. It sounds like we will be lucky to get them by the end of the year. If they get them out only 2 weeks beyond the estimated shipping date, we will be lucky.

Thats not true, and to tell others that as if it is a fact, is very very misleading. So please refrain from doing so.

We have "warned" people on our webpages that ordering a pre-order item might not make it, and that there are unsure factors to this regard.

We have since then also tried our best to keep our customers aware of any delays, or progress since day 1 - actually before day 1.

So lets please keep this, and other threads clean of accusations and instead try to use this board for what its for: Feedback, ideas, customer service, and general information.

If you personally have a problem with us, feel free to contact any of us and we will be more than happy to try and solve your problem.

Mik...I think people get confused when ordering from a stated stock level and not realizing these are PREORDERS. Perhaps less confusion would result if the page for ordering the eGo actually reminded them it was a PRE-order and may not be available for shipping on next day air, etc.

Similar problem with me.

I was trying to purchase two E-go sets from Spain, and the "ship method" just disappears not letting you continue with the order. If you order just one set, the shipping costs appear as "Pk7" and are 22,50 Euros, which I think is too much (when normally all these orders come with standard airmail). Furthermore, what does Pk7 mean? A Parcel with seven kilos (haha)?

Have opened a ticket with the Helpdesk three days ago, but no reply so far.

Will have to wait... (well, the stock is 100 sets, as of today)

3 pm is the cut off time and note nobody works on weekends.. (janty, ups fedex usps etc) Overnight shipping is valid only during Mon thru Wed and note the 3 pm cutt off time..
