that's why my friend

I've been around for a long time... read my posts and you will know me a bit better :)

360 Mah x 3 batts = 1060 Mah power supply
that's how you carry the stick (2 batts and 2 carts in the pouch we will provide)----- you will never be without power, trust me :)

I just received my Dura-C order from Janty. After charging the battery for 8 hours like the instructions said, I tried taking a puff from the ecig. Unfortunately, I was only able to get 2 or 3 puffs in before the battery seemingly gave out! I charged it for a few more hours just to make sure, and again the same problem.

Just had the exact same thing happen with a Dura-C battery I just recieved... bad batch?

I've got a dead one from my latest set. I did get a response email, but the instructions for the proper return procedure and address weren't stated. Jeff, Ludo or anyone who has sent back bad parts...I would love specific directions.

Do I need a special RMA #?
Is the address in Jeff's signature the address to use for parts returns?
CO: Parts Returns on envelope?

Your package WAS sent Julie, you where not home when they tried to deliver and left a note for you... that's what went wrong :p

No, sorry Ludo I did receive the package last week that had my last order in it...just not the replacement batteries from 2/19/09. The postal carrier always puts my packages in the mailbox.

I will send you Jeff's latest email...He meant or thought he put the replacement parts in there. The whole post office thing was not true. You will notice in my last post, I didn't even mention being lied to, or still having no explanation as to why it took 2 months to get a reply. I was trying to be positive and move on, and have accepted Jeff's apology.

I have been home, no note left, packages always left in mailbox.

Thanks,
Julie

Janty is sending me a new battery and I am not clear from the e-mail if they want the bad one back either... an address is listed but it doesn't say...

Actually, check the Janty site out again. (If you possibly missed, or didnt pull down the window by chance)

If you are purchasing multiples it seems they are even cheaper. :)
If you chose to order and add on two (Granted that it was okayed) it should come to $5.20 USD. Its $3.20 for only the first battery purchased. Its only $2.00 for each additional.

Hey, I am curious what the 'Stick is made of... I'm sure the main part of the chassis or body is plastic, but the silver colored top plate, is that metal or plastic? Also, where are our inscriptions going to be "engraved"? Sorry for so many questions, but I am really trying to visualize this product... I made a paper mockup of the 'Stick using the dimensions on the Janty site, and i have to admit it is smaller than I thought when I first saw the pics... Very excited, for the ides of May!!!

The body is a 2 part plastic mould surface treated device to keep it light weight. The JANTY logo is embossed and the engravings will be done by the same surface treatment technique (we might re-arrange the lay out a bit, but in the current configuration it looks like we will engrave above the "embossed ring" ). I bet pictures engraving is not a good idea, the surface of 1cm/1cm is just too small for that. Logo, graphic or name is going to be nice though.

yeah it is small, it is as big as a lighter. But it is a really powerful device I can tell you! 2 batts on the side of the carrying pouch and one inside gives you 3 x 360 Mah independent power supply ;)

That's a shame, we are active since 2006 and have been developing ever since. You could be part of something new, I mean as in real production...

We, and others think different. you will be able to use ANY penstyle atomizer, you will be able to by our HARSH HIT classic atomizer at the lowest price on the market, the batteries only cost you 3.20 USD! You will own a device that has no link to a normal cigarette, it is so small you can easily put in your pocket, like a USB stick. It will come with a carrying leather pouch wiht place for 2 more ecig batts and 2 carts which would give you 1080 Mah power available for a whole day vaping...

I could design cases and storage.

Really.

Think about it :)

The cases you guys have are functional but boring. You're going to pay this much money for a proper e-cig, you want some choices!

But I have to have the plain insets to play with. I thought about buying up a bunch of ruyan direct cases and just having at them. Like lmt ed. cases with customized treatments.

I keep hearing you say "3 X 360 mah" and other technical jargon like that. But tell me... what does that mean in everyday terms? Most people like me couldn't care less about miliampere hours. I want to know how that translates into a ton of vape and not having to change the battery too often.
Thanks for enlightening me!

The Janty Stick Uses (1) 3.6 Volt Battery (360 mAh)! :D

But Comes With (2) Spare Batteries! :)

The Batteries 3.6 Volt Are 360 mAh Capacity Each. (3 Batts X 360 mAh = 1060 MAh Total)

FYI: Some Companies That Make The Batteries (not Janty) have them labeled as 500 mAh, This is BS Label Marketing commonly found in most other brand batteries

Keep Vapin!
