Second order, second time getting quick and accurate service. While I know that mistakes are bound to happen, as evident from some of the posts in here, I think it's important to also keep giving the compliments when they are due.
Small order this time, just a simple USB charger for my Dura-C, which - by the way, I am loving..I can vape that damn thing all day long at work on 1 cart...When I made the initial order, I immediately realized that I did not include the order number on the paypal payment..I thought to myself, oh hell - I'll never get my order now because they won't know who the hell this payment is from...shortly after sending the paypal order, I sent a quick email to them letting them know that order number xxxx should go with paypal payment xxx.
I didn't hear anything back for a few days, so I got a bit nervous..had my girlfriend shoot them an email asking about the order, and minutes later she got a reply stating that the order should be at my doorstep that day or the next. Sure enough, it was there when I arrived home.
I think it was about 4 or 5 days, including the weekend for it to get there...
Best of all - they threw in a free velvety type Ecig pouch with the Janty logo on it...Black velvet type material with a drawstring at the top..
Funny thing about it is - that damn pouch was needed because occassionally the carts leak just slightly and sometimes get on the chest/cig pocket of my dress shirts i wear for work.
keep it up, Janty...payday is tomorrow and you'll be getting yet another order from me.
