My order has come with only half of what I ordered. Do you know why? Do you know when I will get the rest? I have sent a e-mail to janty but have not heard back.

I got the white, but I already got my replacements. Glad they are fixing that with the plain black. Much better idea. One of the batts isn't working now though. Jeff said he'd get my Cappuccino out to me. I emailed hoping to catch it and get a replacement for the non-working battery included, but haven't heard yet. I do try to save suppliers hassle and shipping costs whenever possible. Everything else seems fine at the moment.

I actually think Janty is getting themselves back on track again. They might not be quite there yet, but I do think they're getting better. It's a good thing too, because the Dura is one helluva e-cig and I really didn't want to stop ordering from Janty because of recently poor customer service.
I didn't pay much attention when I put the batteries in for their initial charge, but during the 20min smokes this AM I noticed there are no Janty logos on the batteries. Are you guys swiping parts from Parked's 510s? If so, I won't tell on you as I was happy to finally get the set. Just don't let him catch you.![]()
