I got the white, but I already got my replacements. Glad they are fixing that with the plain black. Much better idea. One of the batts isn't working now though. Jeff said he'd get my Cappuccino out to me. I emailed hoping to catch it and get a replacement for the non-working battery included, but haven't heard yet. I do try to save suppliers hassle and shipping costs whenever possible. Everything else seems fine at the moment.

I never did receive my order and it wasn't mysterious in the mail. People ordering after me were getting orders. I did get a refund of my money once I made it easy for him just to click through the dispute. I ordered from Parked I got my order in 4 days. I think that Jantyusa has poor record and order tracking. Reflected in their poor website. I will never order from them again.

I put the ry cart in and smoked it for about 2 min before I decided the flavor was not for me so I squeezed it out and filled it with the janty cappuccino which is the BOMB!

So today the cart started to burn a bit and I opened up the new box of Janty coffee carts I ordered. I put one in and got a major head rush. This thing is just jam packed with nic and the flavor is there but no where near as good as the cappuccino.

I just cant believe how potent the nic is in the cart compared to the bottle of juice which im now down to maybe a days supply of.

I wholeheatedly understand your busy and all with the recent move and past issues, but would you kindly address my emails sent (even by short/curt response) so I know you are at least receiving them ???

I didnt want to request in a forum and have given quite a bit of patience in the waiting, but when I see your posts here "after" a day or two of waiting ( a month on one of them) for a response its making me feel that either I'm being ignored, or that your not receiving my emails.

Kindly respond to the email sent by me on April 8th from accnt OttawaVapour@xplornet.com and disregard all previous (as they were casual and others no longer matter due to Health Canada's latest decision).

My order has come with only half of what I ordered. Do you know why? Do you know when I will get the rest? I have sent a e-mail to janty but have not heard back.

For my curiosity, I was wondering what you mean by "half"? Was it quantities or items? I'm trying to find out what kind of mistakes are being made.

So far, I haven't had a failed battery. My original backup atomizer (white) doesn't perform as well as my original black. But, that was a back-up atomizer. It performs well enough....just not as well as I would like. I've been using my original black for 2.5 weeks now without a problem.

I really like this model. It's now my primary one over the Kissbox. Now I need to get a passthrough or something...I don't like using my batteries in the car.

I actually think Janty is getting themselves back on track again. They might not be quite there yet, but I do think they're getting better. It's a good thing too, because the Dura is one helluva e-cig and I really didn't want to stop ordering from Janty because of recently poor customer service.

I'm sure they'll be back up to speed by May.

I didn't pay much attention when I put the batteries in for their initial charge, but during the 20min smokes this AM I noticed there are no Janty logos on the batteries. Are you guys swiping parts from Parked's 510s? If so, I won't tell on you as I was happy to finally get the set. Just don't let him catch you. ;)

Strange... my Dura-C set came with a Janty logo on the atomizer and no logo on the batteries. I just received my backup order for two atomizers (neither have the logo) and one battery (has the logo). :confused:

Hello, Janty may still be out of atomizers. I'm sure it will ship but, before then you should order 1-2 DSE-801 atomizers as back up from a cheap usa vendor, for when your janty atomizer dies during its warranty period.

I actually don't even order Janty front end parts (atomizer/cart) and only use back end (switch/battery)

I also want to say I too had a very small mix up on my order with Janty and I'm going to wait until Tuesday to send an e-mail with all CAPs in the subject line + my order number. It's not really a big deal at all. It's best to use multiple vendors (Janty + another vendor) because these parts are so small, in demand, new and all the customs issues in other countries.

The reason its a pain is because janty is a pretty good product and there is such demand, I highly suggest picking 2 vendors or more for your pen style parts. Like pick (Janty + A china vendor + A USA vendor) your choice.

Numerous emails have given me dates that shipments were being received; no email shipment notification to date-checked paypal account & no information there either.

I wasn't ticked off at all until I read this thread & seen that there are people posting order dates after me yet somehow they haven't found it within their capabilities of shipping mine order placed on March 3. I have now been waiting over a month very patiently and being understanding with Jeff's replies to my emails.
Thought of ordering from UK site to see if they could beat JantyUSA to shipping.

I'm really upset:(
