I emailed them yesterday to ask a question and got a response today. I saw your other post about not getting a response and im wondering if you are missing the email in your spam box or something?

Also, I saw that you were looking to return your dura-c, are you interested at all in selling it to me? Id be willing to buy it from you if they are new.

Received my latest set yesterday. First thing I noticed is there was no Cappuccino in there. :-x Come on guys, it's been over a month, send it already!

After I got home and actually got to opening things up, I found the charger on this set came with a cord rather than the adapter. I have enough chargers at this point, this one will just be a back-up to a back-up. So it doesn't really matter, but I like the adapter better. A cleaner, classier look IMO. Just not a real fan of cords everywhere.

I didn't pay much attention when I put the batteries in for their initial charge, but during the 20min smokes this AM I noticed there are no Janty logos on the batteries. Are you guys swiping parts from Parked's 510s? If so, I won't tell on you as I was happy to finally get the set. Just don't let him catch you. ;)

Also the paint is slightly different. Side by side I would put the other sets I have as a satin black. This new set is closer to a flat finish. Probably wouldn't have noticed for awhile if I hadn't been holding it up to compare to the others. I was hoping it was one of the new manuals coming out that are supposed to fit the PCC. The atomizer does have the wide band and logo and is a 2-hole like my other recent sets.

Jeff is actually just sending me out a black atomizer, he didn't even ask for the white one back. I should also point out however, that I had another problem with my Dura order. I didn't receive the power cord for the charger with my Dura kit. I was somewhat miffed about this since, without it, I can't charge the batteries. Perhaps because he was already sending me the cord, he just decided to drop an atomizer in the box as well.

On other Janty threads, some users reported that when they sent emails to Janty and put the subject of the email in all caps, they got quicker responses. I think Jeff actually suggested in a thread somewhere on here to do this. Due to the volume of emails he's been getting lately, he's responding to ones with the subject in all caps first. That's what I did, and he got back to me in about a day.

I actually think Janty is getting themselves back on track again. They might not be quite there yet, but I do think they're getting better. It's a good thing too, because the Dura is one helluva e-cig and I really didn't want to stop ordering from Janty because of recently poor customer service.

First post..2 week lurker. I've been soaking all of this info in and it has been truly an information overload.

Long story short - I intended on buying my first ecig from Puresmoker, but they were out of stock on what I wanted. I finally settled on the Janty Dura C and I couldn't be happier (well, perhaps I could, this is my first unit after all)..

Wait time between ordering and receiving was 5 days, and that includes a weekend. So, essentially, 3 business days. The unit itself, great. Lots of vapor, good battery life. I vaped all day at work on 1 cart, and switched out batteries around 2pm to get me through the rest of the last few hours on a strong charge.

Very slight leakage, which is a little annoying. I started keeping it upright - cart side up, and it seems to have solved that issue. A little bit of a pain in the ... that I can't just lazily toss it down on my desk, but...what can you do. Seems like leakage is a common problem across the board with these things, some moreso than others.

All in all, great product and service for my first time..And I'm a creature of habit when it comes to getting good service, which brings me to the end of my Janty shill and into the question about your carts/liquids.

I ordered the Camel (CML) carts, because I am a Camel lights smoker. The throat hit is good, enough to keep me from really wanting a cigarette all day today - but..The taste is slightly sweet.

Do you have a flavor of cart or liquid or both..that doesn't have that sort of sweet taste?

Also, is your site up to date with inventory status? I see the Dura C kits are sold out, but it looks like you still have atomizers and batts etc. for the Dura C..Is this correct?

Mainly, just wanted to give props for the good service and find out if you can suggest a cart or flavor that may mimic the natural taste of a camel light a little more closely than what I ordered with my set..

Thanks, Janty and thanks to all the other highly informative and knowledgable forum members who I've been learning from over the course of about 2 weeks when I decided to stop the madness of killing myself - on top of paying more in taxes for the luxury of being able to do it.
