I know you thought this was gonna be another bash Janty and Jeff session. But you are wrong. I have read many of the posts slamming Janty and all out blasting thier service. I would like to take a moment and tell you my experience with them. This is mostly because I think Jeff deserves to have a thread started about the customer service that praises it for a change.
I ordered my Dura-C back when they first came out and everyone was stressing about when they would ship. Everyone said Jeff doesnt respond to anything. I will have you know I understood he was VERY busy, no he didnt reply two seconds after I emailed him and it did take longer due to the onslaught of email he was receiving. But he did respond. I did get my Dura-C and it is great.
I was unhappy about the white atomizer. I emailed Jeff again and within a couple of hours he again DID respond. Not only that but he replaced it with a black one without question.
Later yet I had one of my batteries go the way of the Dodo. I email jeff again, and guess what? Yup he reponded again and WOW, took care of me with no hassle.
So now this week my "under warranty" atomizer took a trip down to deaths door and invited itself in. I emailed Jeff and told him I wanted a replacement and that I would be ordering two more new ones and asked if he could ship the replacement with my order. Well again he did respond and we got it all taken care of and now my 3 new atty's are on thier way.
My point to all of this is that a company or person who is doing shotty business or trying to rip people off DO NOT stay in the public eye. yet Jeff, Ludo and Janty as a whole have weathered the storm, stuck around, listened to the complaints, took steps to address the valid ones, and attempted to make the whole customer experience of Janty better for all of us.
So I am tired of hearing the Janty bash, I am tired of hearing that Jeff NEVER responds. These guys are ok by my book and deserve a little credit. So I am giving them some. Thanks you for reading my rant!
