I am happy you posted , because it took me 5 days to see that the order wasnt going to go through unless I transferred the money. What I had to do is use "paypal" to check out, I got an e-mail saying to transfer money. I question the e-mail because I thought "paypal" had taken the order, but I guess not after a few days, so I sent in the transfer and then was notified that it was recieved. I was wondering why it wouldnt show up on my account or my paypals account. I havent recieved my order, but I look forward to it being sent any day.

It looks like the "packaged" item shown in that video was a Titan specific deal that included all the items.

The Janty PCC comes alone with a usb charge cord. The new release one is supposed to address the issue with the Dura-c (manual batt) button and length.

The video you watched with the Titan, and its modification to work with a manual button is really not difficult at all to do for anyone (demo shown at end of that thread).

for me it depends, but I get about 1.5 hours out of one battery, 30 minutes from another. and maybe an hour from my third one which Jeff sent as a replacement for the 30 minute one. This was not the case when I first got my Dura-C I could charge two batts and go all day without the need to carry my charger around. They seem to be getting weaker everyday. And I followed the instructions.

Damn Ro ROo, you just made the cutoff. Looks like I missed the current shipment of Dura-Cs by only two days. I placed my order when they were in stock and now the site says "Shipping To Customers June 4th." I emailed them, and sure enough, I'm stuck waiting. I am one of the many unlucky ones, but I knew going into this there was a chance I'd have to wait. I just wish the stock status was accurate when I placed and payed for my order. They really need to work on that as now I'm stuck going on my vacation with a crappy quality super-mini. Let's just hope the next batch doesn't get stuck in customs. I WANT IT NOW!

If my order is included in this delay, I'm rather annoyed. I ordered Friday, shortly after business hours, paying immediately. In the body of the Paypal email I asked to be informed of any delays. I emailed yesterday to ask for tracking information. No word from Janty yet on either contact. I realize it's not been long since my order but this total lack of communication is really unfair to the customer, especially when they seem to have time to hang out on this forum but not to respond to direct customer inquiries.

Well I went through my second battery and through 5 hours of moderate use it rocked house again, I do have to top off much more than my 801's but they dont rock house like my Dura-C does so I will gladly travel with my RY4 in a small dropper bottle and have those consistent hits rather than not having to travel with liquid. My battery croaked shortly before I left the bar so I had to suck down an analog but . . . now I know and . . . knowing is half the battle.
I personally don't think the 801 batteries are high enough amps. They are also highly prone to going dead for no reason. I have three batts, 2 in chargers and 1 to use, have to switch off every hour or so. Not good vaping for the last little while either. Am NOT buying any more!
They should blow your socks off, but not! THAT"S WHY I NEED MY JANTY STICK QUICK

I agree . . . My 801's dont give much vapor anymore and I know its gotta be the batteries. . . I have already thrown out 3 dead ones and the 3 I have left are crapping out with the quickness. Im pretty much done with 801's and I can only guess here but . . . I would be willing to bet that the 901's are prolly not much better, with less battery life and a smaller cart to boot. I think Im gonna stick with my Dura-C and get some more extra parts for it and prolly get either a SD or maybe check out the 6 volt Prodigy simply for the battery life that they offer.

My Dura C batteries last a lot longer than 1 hour... And I vape almost constantly. On average I say they last me around 2.5 - 3 hours of constant vaping and I have 4 Dura C batteries I believe now and 8 other 510 batteries with LEDs from various suppliers and they all do about the same and I have never done that whole "initial charge" business.

I know you thought this was gonna be another bash Janty and Jeff session. But you are wrong. I have read many of the posts slamming Janty and all out blasting thier service. I would like to take a moment and tell you my experience with them. This is mostly because I think Jeff deserves to have a thread started about the customer service that praises it for a change.

I ordered my Dura-C back when they first came out and everyone was stressing about when they would ship. Everyone said Jeff doesnt respond to anything. I will have you know I understood he was VERY busy, no he didnt reply two seconds after I emailed him and it did take longer due to the onslaught of email he was receiving. But he did respond. I did get my Dura-C and it is great.

I was unhappy about the white atomizer. I emailed Jeff again and within a couple of hours he again DID respond. Not only that but he replaced it with a black one without question.

Later yet I had one of my batteries go the way of the Dodo. I email jeff again, and guess what? Yup he reponded again and WOW, took care of me with no hassle.

So now this week my "under warranty" atomizer took a trip down to deaths door and invited itself in. I emailed Jeff and told him I wanted a replacement and that I would be ordering two more new ones and asked if he could ship the replacement with my order. Well again he did respond and we got it all taken care of and now my 3 new atty's are on thier way.

My point to all of this is that a company or person who is doing shotty business or trying to rip people off DO NOT stay in the public eye. yet Jeff, Ludo and Janty as a whole have weathered the storm, stuck around, listened to the complaints, took steps to address the valid ones, and attempted to make the whole customer experience of Janty better for all of us.

So I am tired of hearing the Janty bash, I am tired of hearing that Jeff NEVER responds. These guys are ok by my book and deserve a little credit. So I am giving them some. Thanks you for reading my rant!
