I've had a small bottle of Janty Chocolate sitting around for months , but didn't like the smell so I never tried it.

Last week I randomly dropped a couple drops on my atty...I Loved it!.

Now I can't seem to find it available,I wonder if it has been discontinued.

While Janty Chocolate IS the best out there....(did you hear that, Ludo ) there are others out there that are acceptable substitutes....and trust me, once I got hooked on chocolate vape, there was no going back...

Again, if you only extend your port, then there cannot be a problem. (You wouldn't have any difference between your port and the other end of the cable. That's why they are called "extenders". They are a 1:1 extension of your existing port.)

Using your example, that means they must have swapped a data or reversed ground (on their connector or cable). Which would be where the problem lies. If you reverse a USB cable on your motherboard, you will burn out the port and/or chip. Usually, you just burn out that *one* chip, not the whole board. There's usually a circuit that prevents feedback into the board since many motherboard manufacturers have learned this lesson over the past 10 years.

Burning out one chip trashes the board the cost of replacing that chip is far higher than the cost of the chip or board. If they have cross wired the cable I sure wouldn't want it laying around to be accidently used with a camera ect <g>

If they are overdrawing the USB port I sure wouldn't want that pluged into a MB.

All that said I suspect their problem was caused by a junk USB cable that was not up to spec.

As soon I get my stick i can toss the USB cable on an analizer and see if it is pinned correctly.

I have both. The Kissbox doesnt work too well with carts IMHO. It is an awesome dripper.

The stick empties the carts bone dry, so if you want to use carts, get the stick.

Battery life is at least 3 times longer on the stick too

Janty has changed their delivery dates to shipping date and then to maybe after June 4. which means they don't know when they will send out the orders.

I read a post the other day that someone said they had got their Janty stick and did a review.

So you are saying that the Stick actually utilizes all the juice in the cart. If true, that would be good news indeed...........

And to clarify, these reviews were on the units using the 801 attys?

The real question you have to ask yourself is do you want to wait for the stick or have the Kissbox NOW? We're not all hanging out here at the Janty Forum for nothing....

We're all waiting for any news that our new toys are shipping..

Yeah I was using the atty that came with the stick. Same one thats on a KBC (801).

The passthrough is limited by the inlined battery (3.7v, iirc?). Other than the wire being entirely too thin gauge and not sheathed (it's 'flat type, side by side, catches easily on things, including my desk :-( ), it's great, zero issues with it. The inline battery also means you can unplug it and vape unplugged for a few hours, as well.

Crap, I'm glad I didn't pre-order the stick. I think insanity would of settled in by now. Hopefully they will make things right and throw in an extra atomizer or 2 for the inconvenience.

Has anyone heard anything definitive from Ludo or JantyMod on the presale delivery date? I know they have changed the website "shipping" date to June 4 but understood this only applied to current purchases.
