Ok all, I apologize for the mix up. I'm not going to go into how this happened, at this point it is irrelevant; however, I want to make sure that we get the carts to those who did not receive them. There will be no charge to you, the customer, as it was clearly our mistake.

SO, here is what I ask of you....

Please email me directly: Jantymod@jantyusa.com

Include:
Order number
Top 3 choices of carts and strength.

EXAMPLE

Ethan, I didn't receive my carts, Order # XXXX

Cart strength HIGH

MLB
RY4
CAMEL

I will go through these emails and get the carts out to you.

Ok all, I've been asked by many people to start up another thread dealing with the Dura-C's...So, here it is. We did not receive any Dura-C sets today, Jeff has told me that they will arrive Monday, Tuesday at the latest. So, I will keep you posted. I'm sorry that I don't have better news, all I can do is report what I know

Hello all, I just wanted to make this post as I've been contacted by a few customers who are confused as to which way the battery goes in. So, here's your answer. When putting the battery into the J-Stick, the negative (-) end goes in first, which means that the positive end (+) will be facing up.

I've also been informed that in the AUTO versions, if the battery is placed inside incorrectly, the atomizer will run continuously. So, please take this into consideration and use the batteries properly

That is all for now...everyone have a great weekend

Ludo, it's the end of the week. The LTD people have been more than patient, but we deserve to know what is going on. Let's work as a team. You let us know where the LTD sticks are, and we'll wait. And wait. :)
At this point though, if we are told Oh, now we are expecting them to arrive next week, and so on, ad nauseum, it is going to cause us to get nauseous. We can't be left in the dark any more. The guys who already have their pre-orders raised a much bigger fuss than the ones who ordered 1.5 months ago. I think we are being pretty good about it. But it is getting tiring. So Ludo, give us the 411. I would rather be told that I would get my LTD 25 days from now, and actually get it, than be told just a couple more days, just a couple more days, just a couple more days, etc.
Keep up the good work!
:)

Well, I've got to admit that I have more than a bit of sympathy for Ludo & Jeff. Once things are in transit, you basically have no control. Janty is told to expect delivery during a certain window, and the window comes and goes . . . not much they can do about it.

I'm thinking that they're basically passing along information to us that they receive . . . I don't think this is a case of "the check is in the mail." The sticks are out there in transit . . . and hopefully not in the clutches of customs.

Yeah, this thread is certainly more civil than the pre-order thread, but they sure do have some awesome poets posting over there.

Any poets among the LE crowd who are willing to step up and make the wait here a bit more enjoyable? ;)

Okay, as I was messing around with the little leather holder, I noticed there seem to be a bit of extra room once you place the stick in the holder. I discovered that a glass 3ml dropper bottle (like the sampler size from JC) will fit right down in there with the stick. It will also fit in the sides, but it is really a little too snug and increases the size of it.

Sooo, for those of you who like to drip, that little glass bottle seems to be the perfect take along!:thumb:
