Order #3764 April 23

..........getting ready to send my 3rd email to jantyusa.

I'm here because I've exhausted all my other avenues.

The issue I have is my dura-c is defective and I didnt get what I ordered. I've been trying to contact jantyusa since the day I received my order on May 4 and I've received no response.

Feeling a little deceived here.

Update Janty contacted me to resolve the problems.

I forgot to ask, is the honeymoon still wonderful with the Stick? Have you been able to judge the battery?

The honeymoon is over I had too send it to another beta tester in Portland
But the battery lasted 5 hours and was still going but I changed it so I could show it off to friends with a full battery

I ordered a mini fogger on thursday as well... still waiting. not that I mind waiting, but I am very much a "I want it right now" personality so i hate buying things online. anyways, I just got a shipping confirmation so i guess that means another 4 days or so. so, just a few more packs of analogs...

I feel like starting a new thread.. Janty Rocks. Over all people like Janty. Janty makes a mistake they fix it. They give good service and there sometimes can be a wait, but if so Jeff fixes it. If anyone out there has never made a mistake at their job please come at work for me, because everyone can make a mistake. Not everyone will go over and above to make it right. Jantyusa has only made things right for me if mistakes(1) was made. I will not read ths thread anymore. Janty is fine. I have orded from seven or eight e-cig places. Janty was not the only one to make a mistake but the only ones who made up for it. the only other great service was Liquid Express.

I'm going to be very busy working my fingers to the bone to pay for my order, that's what I gotta do.....gosh, this new hobby is turning out to be pricey! Maybe $8.00 cigarettes would have been cheaper. Funerals, however, are not, so.......
It's pricey, all right! But to be honest, I never had so much fun with analogue cigs... I never got so excited about new kind of tobacco... Never liked any flavoured cigarettes.... And that smoking outside, especially in winter....
E-cigs are just sooo much more for me! :D

Btw, I'm selling my rolling machines for DIY cigarettes, I've got a couple of those... :)
That's gonna cover half of the Stick's price, I hope...

I ordered my kiss box on april 24. It arrived in a few days in a much shabbier box than was pictured on the site. It did not work after I charged the battery as directed. It did not work with the USB or the wall plug. The first time I touched the manual switch the little button pushed inside and stayed.

After many days of emailing Janty someone finally contacted me and said they would send me a new atomizer.

It's May 13 and I'm still waiting. Nobody answers my emails and I haven't seen squat in the mail. It's time to file a paypal dispute and buy from someone else I fear. :(

I'm bummed, as so many gave the kissbox such high praise. I think I've given them plenty of time to at least respond. I check my spam folder to be sure the emails haven't been misdirected. They just don't respond when things go wrong.

If my initial order could arrive in days, there is no reason why replacement parts couldn't be here by now, or someone could have at least given me the courtesy of a response.

Well after getting screwed royal by totally wicked, Janty is a breath of fresh air. I have ordered from them at least a half dozen times, all of wich have arrived at my door in less than 5 days. One batt was doa, and they sent me a new one. I so so so so much love the dura c I have, with the just puffin liquid. I have been able to quit anologs completely. Something I wasnt able to do with almost 2K worth of dse901's with accesories and tw liquid. I couldnt be happier with janty and they have a lifetime client with a big mouth in their favor. I got robbed totally from TW. Orders short and than lie about it. mis addressing my package, than saying I provided the wrong address (wich I have been writing for over 20 years). So I am sorry but dont understand the complaints on behalf of Janty. He even responds to my emails occasionally LOL. I know they're busy!

By far the worst customer service i have received in a long time...Please beware of this company...Mike

SUMMARY: May 13th 9:00 pm
I placed an order with Janty on Monday, May 11th. Janty site and emails stated they would ship the next day, May 12th. This is the primary reason I purchased from Janty.

Janty did not ship the next day, May 12th. I sent email asking if everything shipped as it was suppose to.

I also instructed Janty if item did not ship on the following day, May 13th to cancel my order and refund money.

Janty ignored email, did not respond. did not ship the following day, May 13th and did not cancel order.

Janty is misrepresenting their shipping polices by saying one thing and doing another. I do not wish to do business with a company that treats their customers this way.

Please cancel my order and refund my $45.98 using pay pal. Any items shipped after this day and time will be returned to sender.

If I have not received my pay pal credit by the end of the working day on Thursday, I will file a pay pal dispute.

I will also visit the e-cigarette boards and let them know what type of service they can expect from Janty these days.

PLEASE STOP IGNORING ME, DO THE RIGHT THING, CANCEL MY ORDER AND REFUND MY MONEY...THANK YOU...Mike

I received a call from Jeff concerning my post to this board.

In summary, he was quite mad. and basically blamed me for the problems i had and demanded I retract this information from this board and threatened me with moderation of this account if i did not.

When i told him i did not think that was appropriate, he started yelling and cursing at me. That's some great customer service Jeff!

We apparently tracked the problem down to me not receiving my shipping email. They did ship when they were suppose to. Although Jeff tried to blame this issue on my spam filter (I got all other messages from him...Hmmm), I believe it is on his end.

As for me not receiving responses in a reasonable time to my requests to get a status on my order, Jeff blamed this on the fact that he gets so many emails he cannot respond for several days. I think this is just a cop out and is due to his failure to create a email system that will keep up with the amount of emails he is receiving.

I have my own business as well. WITHIN REASON, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT EVEN WHEN THEY ARE WRONG. When a problem happens to a customer, regardless of how it happened, i apologize and try to do something extra to make it right. I'm sorry it seems Jeff has forgotten this basic concept.

Someone please explain to me. When someone posts stuff on Janty's thread in this forum, cant Janty just delete it? I see they dont delete horrible things being wrote about them in this thread, all of wich I cannot believe, for I love their stuff. But when I posted TRUE complaints on Totally wicked's thread, Jason deleted my posts, but left lies in there place. Now I see they stalk my every word i write on this forum. Abe, Jason and 24 of their allies go read my posts regularly. (hello all you stalkers by the way). I see their visits to my page and threads. When I write the truth about my horrible experience with TW, either Jason deletes it or the forum owner pm's me and tells me he wont have it. So why cant they delete the horrible things being said, or the whole "Janty rippoff-Do Not Buy" thread, but Jason @ TW can????????????
And in their defense, their product is like the energizer bunny. It keeps going and going and I use it constantly with my dura c manual switch battery. Always get what I paid for on time too...
