Great review... I hate getting the liquid in my mouth. Not good with this tank.

Yeah...don't let Chuck Norris screw in your coils.Looking at the pics the positive terminal looks like it could easily break if too much pressure is applied tightening the screw.
It coils just like the UD Bellus, my first RTA. A little tricky, but not too bad. Leave the legs long, then bend them back to hold coil #1 more-or-less in place while you insert the legs for coil #2. Bend those back too, then put the screws down, and use a rod to tweak the coil positions during final tightening.Coiling looks to be a little difficult too. If you had 3 hands would be a little easier. LoL
I asked about this on the dedicated thread. @r055co has been testing a pre-production sample, and he said it really wasn't a problem.Great review... I hate getting the liquid in my mouth. Not good with this tank.
I've been vaping on it for a while and I'm really liking it, so much so I ordered a Black and a Gold one, should get them sometime this week. As for Daniel's complaint about liquid in his mouth, it hasn't been an issue for me. But I do enjoy a moist Vape, not one to sucking down juice but his complaint about juice everytime in his mouth, hasn't been an issue with me at all.I asked about this on the dedicated thread. @r055co has been testing a pre-production sample, and he said it really wasn't a problem.
Merlin RDTA
Yep!Re: Merlin RDTA -

Just have to remember to let the screw apply the down-force, no need to lean into it....

I like the easy way these days... easy coil, wick and refill. That's why I love my Engines so much.Yep!
I am also a Bellus Vet and once you get that tank down everything else seems fairly easy.
Cmon Rick! Building and wicking is a fun art. Everything can't be an easy peasy two post or velocity style. That would be dull!
Confession time, ricks...you just don't want to put that big Merlin RDTA nipple in your mouth!I like the easy way these days... easy coil, wick and refill. That's why I love my Engines so much.

Nope... no way... won't do it...Confession time, ricks...you just don't want to put that big Merlin RDTA nipple in your mouth!
It's a proprietary mouthpiece so there's no way around it....
I finally got the engine in the mail today. I got it cleaned and wicked and like it. My Merlins have been getting consistently worse on the seepage so I think they are going into storage.
Have you tried the Merlin mini?I kind of miss the Merlin. I tried two of the four I bought and both seeped from the bottom after a little while. I was thinking about getting another new one out to see if it seeps.
Yea, leaks like a sieve. POS imho.Have you tried the Merlin mini?

I think I saw the same deal too and skipped it. I just don't like small capacity tanks. I love going a full day without refilling.I haven't tried the mini. I saw there was a good deal on it the other day and thought about it but didn't order one.
