Everything I have read including the package my tank came in says it has a 6ml max capacity ( the fish bowl) and an optional 4 or 5 ml capacity glass. The 5ml and 6ml glass are included.

Curiosity got the better of me so decided to measure the capacity of the 6ml fish bowl tank with the triple coil. I got about 5.7 ml of juice. DJLsb Vapes measured 7ml with the dual coil and the same fish bowl glass. The dual coil, despite being heavier, is slightly smaller than the triple which obviously accounts for the more juice capacity within the tank. And of course the single coils variants will yield even more capacity.

I'm using the dual mesh at only 55W and it does just great for me. I never liked a hot vape so the lower end on most coils works well for me. I also like those wicking channel holes to make sure the cotton is saturated from all sides rather than from the outside in alone. I think that really helps with keeping the juice flow going so well. I've never once had even a hint of a dryish hit.
I wish I could hit the agree button more than once, because I totally agree.

Well I got a second one today. Decided to use the SS single mesh. Works great in temp control and even in Replay on a DNA. I did notice more of a cottony taste the first half tank or so which I don't recall with the dual mesh, but after vaping through that the flavor is as good, wicks well, and is a nice change up. I have the big bubble on it but might change back to the smaller glass as the single mesh coils take up less room. Does reinforce my positive impression on the tank.

Interested in trying the SS Mesh. It’s on my vaping bucket list (damn list is getting long!!).

Despite my somewhat subjective views on the fish bowl glass (they should have painted little gold fish on the inside of the glass!!), one can’t go wrong with the Freemax Mesh Pro tank. Owned mine for about a month with no issues what so ever. My dual coil has about 2 weeks of use and still going strong. Only changed to the triple cause I was curious.

So I set up a side by side comparison of the Freemax dual and the single SS mesh, same juice. In both wattage, 60W for each, and a wattage / temp control comparison both vaped well, big clouds with both, but regardless of airflow control the dual still took the single SS on flavor. Not by a lot, but noticeable.

I haven't tried the single Kanthal they also came with, but in a comparison it looks like the center airflow is a bit larger on the SS, so there might be some difference between them due to that.

I'm OK with the SS and will use them, but I don't think I'll reorder them after that head to head experience. As always, YMMV.

˄ Interesting. Haven’t tried the single kanthal that came with the tank, just the dual and triple. The triple coils are a rarity here in Canada. Stores, both online and B&M can’t keep them in stock! Don’t have a second tank so side by side comparisons of the dual and triple coils is a bit difficult. They both perform great so if there is a difference I don’t think it’s by much.

I have a box of triples just haven't gotten to them yet. That'll be next up sometime. On another note, I'm on week 3 of the first dual coil that came with the first tank and it's still going strong. Granted it's not my adv, but I've still run a fair amount of juice through it.

˄ Any other mesh tanks you own? If so, your thoughts compared to the Mesh Pro

For those who maybe interested in the Mesh Pro but are turned off by its size (it is a big tank!), it’s little brother, the Fireluke Mesh is a worthy contender. But if you opt for the Fireluke, spend the extra on the 5ml bubble tank. It was only $5 here in Canada so imagine it’s just as cheap elsewhere. I found the machined grid drip tip to be irritating so swapped it out for a resin. But below is a comparison between the 2 with the original drip tip on the Fireluke

I had the original mesh, and it was a good tank IMO (not great, but good)
Again IMO, the Mesh Pro blows the original away in every aspect. YMMV
The Fireluke original with the Mesh Pro coil is also awesome. As good as the Mesh Pro (using the same coils)

There’s another Fireluke tank? It’s a challenge keeping track of these names, especially when they are all so similar. No wonder people are so confused over which coil works with what tank!

The mesh coils, (and probably the non mesh) work in this tank

The Mesh Pro coils and original Fireluke coils are compatible. The Fireluke Mesh coils only work in the Fireluke Mesh tank, not the original Fireluke tank – which just adds to the confusion! 2 Fireluke tanks, 2 different coils.

Has anyone compared either the FreeMax Mesh Pro or the Falcon mesh coils to the Vaporesso mesh coils with the same juice? I am pretty happy with the Vaporesso mesh coils in the NRG and Cascade tanks but would consider the Mesh Pro and or the Falcon for even better flavor.
