This is a great thread. I would like to chime in with a request to vendors:

I don't care if your labels are fancy or plain, coloured or monochrome. Other posters have made good suggestions of the information that should be on a label.

Please make them waterproof.

E-liquid is, as the name implies, liquid. Some of us with not-terribly-nimble fingers have been known to spill a drop or six. If the spillage of a minute amount makes your entire label illegible, you are doing your customers AND YOURSELVES a disservice. I have about a half-dozen 10ml bottles from one vendor with an excellent reputation on this forum. I had them all in a box and the labels got moistened with some residue or other. All of them are now pretty watercolours. I can't tell the hazelnut from the vanilla from the coffee. (Before you tell me to perform a sniff test, did that, but all these flavours are pretty subtle, so it's tough.)

It is in your best interest to have labels that can tolerate normal (which is to say, heavy) use by vapers. No good selling a product that the buyer can't repurchase because (s)he can't remember where it came from.

I will also echo lasttango's thoughts on "extra flavour" options. They scare me. If I don't order it, will I get a weakling water-flavoured juice? If I do get extra, will it be nauseatingly overpowering? What about those vendors that offer "SUPER" extra flavour? "DOUBLE SUPER"? "MEGA"? Etcetera. I usually pay for extra flavour if the option is available but be sure to include a note saying to only make the juice as strong as is appropriate without distorting the flavour. This has served me pretty well.

In short, don't send anything to a customer that you wouldn't vape yourself, Besides that I have been 95% thrilled with the service I have received from most E-juice vendors.

I hate watercolor bottles! I know exactly what you are talking about and it does inevitably happen.

I haven't read through this entire thread so forgive me if this has been mentioned. I would ask vendors selling or giving out juice in small sample bottles not use bottles with sides so stiff you almost have to use pliers to squeeze anything out of them.

Ohh I know this 1s 6ml? impossible to fill a tank i had to use a syringe!!!

At the request of Mr.Mann I've come to this thread to report that Jerry of aromaejuice.com devoted about 7 hours of his busy life to showing me the facility and method his company uses in the production of WTA.
Over the course of the next few days I will be composing an article regarding my experience which will be posted in the Aroma Ejuice subforum.
Many thanks to Jerry for his generosity and hospitality.

Nice. I also plan on visiting the facility soon. Transparency at its finest.

Would you mind throwing in a link over here, snork, when you've written and posted the article?

Good point! I am with you on that one; I never order unless I have an idea of the flavor. It is silly that we would have to ask such a simple thing!

What does that tell us about a vendor when they are too lazy to even post a description of their products on their webpage? Probably that they cut corners, might be lazy, all of which 'can' carry over to the quality of their products, if that laziness and apathy effect their mixtures!

I wont buy from vendors who dont give descriptions either.

Think about how stupid that is! They come up with names for e-liquids that dont leave even a clue as to what the flavor is going to consist of.... They'll call a flavor something like "Magnum PI", then give no explanation as to whats in it! Is it Ferrari flavored? I dont understand that thought process.....

That stuff IS expensive though! They want $12 for 10ml and from what I saw on their webpage repeatedly, they wont sell quantities over 10ml, so you dont get any quantity discount! I bought the P-38 and NUport, and so far the P-38 has a medicine-like aftertaste to it that makes it almost un-vapable. I am letting it steep for a while to see if it disappears.

That's a bit stern in general, melissafara. Is this an isolated case, or a multitude. Come on now. We are not here to dis vendors, but help. Right?

You need to read back about the Halo comments.

But as far as I know, Mr. Mann did not even want vendor name mentioned.
If you are willing to bring a vendor name into this link, one should feel free to speaks there mind.

Thanks you for your comments.

Excuse me? I think you're out of line, but that's just me. If something got mentioned in the past posts, then that's just past history. We are here to perform a service as far as I'm concerned.

Two ECF members, Racehorse and Muldemar have recently sparked a burning desire to start this thread based on their comments regarding customer service. Also, because I have recently had truly informative, detailed, and friendly conversations with Andrea at The Plume Room, Nick at GoodeJuice, and Wlad at Ahlusion. All three vendors are quite transparent about what it is that they're doing and willing to inform, educate, and assist with any questions or concerns. Lastly, I want to start this thread because vendors most definitely read our comments in General E-Liquid discussion.

- I would like this thread to be suggestions to e-liquid vendors about what we, the money, would like to see.

- I ask that this thread remain professional, adult, (mostly) serious and not about flavor suggestions.

- I will start it off..

To vendors: I would like to see a picture or some type of visual cue as to where your e-liquid is being mixed. I am not asking to know the secrets to the bat-cave, but I would like to know that there is a bat-cave, and not just a living-room.

Original Post.

I think the reason Mr Mann mentioned Aroma specifically is because he is going to take pics of their lab, because waaay back in the first posts of this thread he expressed concern about production hygiene. Obviously all vendors have different work spaces so it makes sense to identify who works where.

Your (Melissafara) comments were not addressing this issue but rather a rant on poor service. Just because someone mentioned a vendor name 25 posts ago doesn't mean it's open season to call out vendors by name in this thread.

There is a Reviews of Suppliers--Negative forum if you want to go there.
