This may seem like an odd question to very heavy smokers/vapers..
I started with 18mg on 11/07, recently down-graded to 11mg on 12/03. Here's the "...." of it: even 11mg is causing flushes.
In the transition, would it be be better to down-grade to 8mg or 4mg? Perhaps 0mg?
In the morning I _need_ the 18mg. By mid-morning/afternoon that is too much and I now switch to 11mg. By mid-afternoon/evening that is too much and I'm not sure what to transition to. Especially for evening/night-time.
Has anyone used various different mg throughout the day? Any suggestions? Thanks =}.
