"Retailers and resellers have 14 days to comply with the rules."
Wow. I feel sorry for the vape shops.![]()
Our government, at all levels, we have allowed to come to believe they are our masters. We allowed it. Even slept while they did it. Some even encouraged/applauded it. Now it's time to reap what was sown, I guess.Me too, seems like it should be illegal to even implement a ban with a two week notice. This type of power needs to be taken away from Governors.
Includes on online ban for flavored products excluding tobacco flavors (Rule 5).Link to the actual rules...

Not in Michigan, it sounds.I'm a vaper. Not a criminal.
Michigan's e-cigarette ban comes with harsh penalties — potentially years in prison for violators

This is worse than that by far. In this case, kids break laws, and LAW ABIDING ADULTS get punished. Kid speed through a school zone. You get the ticket. Kid gets drunk, you go to rehab. The stupidest thing about this garbage is that because kids are breaking the law they are banning something. When are they going to ban all tobacco and alcohol? Kids abuse those. When are they going to ban cars?
Absolutely terrible. Sorry to the Michigan and New York residents. You deserve better
How many vapers like vaping unflavored? Not me.Includes on online ban for flavored products excluding tobacco flavors (Rule 5).
But so far I don't see unflavored addressed.
Yeah, that will be next, and will complete BT's lock on the market, since internet nic won't be available then either.Once the government learns about "flavor shots", they'll go nuts and ban unflavored, too. Count on it, especially if kids use them.

They've already mentioned CLOSED POD SYSTEMS that are theoretically "tamper proof" due to the THC problems. Maybe read that again if you need to. Now BT would just LOVE that. Further, I doubt that there's really any such thing as a non-refillable closed system, but if one exists, BT will find/"invent" it.
IDK if that regulation excludes them shipping OUT to another state.Damn! The only 2 vape shops I frequent are right across the state line in Michigan.
They had one before that they were messing with that "controlled the quality" by having an embedded chip that COUNTED the puffs, and quit after a bit so that "quality was maintained".I own a drill!
