Well yesterday just wasn't my day. Was taking so much time and care when building my DNA 30 that I overlooked a critical point.

With the 18650's installed the back cover would not go on. It was pressing the DNA board.

Thankfully the epoxy had not cured fully and I was able to reposition the board to allow the cover to be installed.

Works like a champ. Not near as nice as some I've seen built but it gets the job done well.
