Thank you for ruining my blood pressure levels today.

I can deal with cute butts but this is just a shameful full size front attack on my hormones [emoji14]

Tony

Guess I should show off my afternoon print and build... It's ugly, and barely functions as a box, but it works and that's what counts...

I literally went to my local hobby shop and picked up a lipo at around 11:00, was home by noonish, designed and printed the enclosureand lid... printed the buttons twice(got then lengths wrong) had it vaping by 9:00 that night after leaving to eat dinner with the wifey :)

It's as basic as it gets with enough room for the 200mah lipo, the quick disconnects that the hobby store had in stock(somethign smaller would tuck away better to make it smaller.. but again this was all about speed, not pretty...

A few mm bigger than a hammond B enclosure all the way around, nothign holds the screen in place, it's just hanging in the right spot... but... it's a 2200 mah lipo 24.42Wh, which is overkill :)

and I'm pretty sure I have maxed out what a tank can do currently wattage wise with an optimum setup... Maganus Tank, with the Atlantis temp coils(and the large juice flow cutouts in the coil) with airflow wide open on the maganus it can only do 50watts without bouncing off the warning(480 degrees)... I think if the center draw tube were a little bigger it could push more but it's not a big deal... just one of those things that i was having fun experimenting with... airflow controls temp as long as you provide enough juice... and the only limiting factor in that setup is the center tube of the tank itself

I used a black sharpie on the USB opening because I had to open it up a mm with a file.

Gotta say, I like the simplicity. I got mine last night. I had to do some minor sanding but was pleased in the whole. I got the smaller one. I am going to lay out some tweaks tonight (will be on the road with time to kill). Slightly thiner side rails, thinning out the up/down and I may put a small radius on the back edge.

I really like the stress relief curve for the atomizer +-.

Can I put your images on the model sites so folks know what they are doing?

The radius on the back would be good. Maybe a bit on the top and bottom edges too. I would leave the side rails alone. When I tried fitting a 1500mah battery, the sides bulged and I can see that being a problem for people trying to fit bigger batteries.

Feel free to post them on those sites.

Oh... the artifact on the front, to the right of the USB port is an artifact in the file. I'll pm you what they e-mailed me.

Yea...I just found it. Shapeways prefilter removed it but not sculpteo. I hat to tear (digitally) apart the front to find a leftover from a resize. I will have a corrected version out tonight for anyone that may want a print or a download.
