i thought someone had mentioned about trying trimming line from trimmer or edger, its flexible, but dont know if it would retain the light.

I was going to try it.

Well just look at it this way they are mini coffins that you used to bury your analogs.

Time to show my coffin, its not tibs related but I just finished it today and would like to share with you guys.

Its a Dna30 with a single 18650 and a lot of work went into building the wood box for it since I don't own many power tools, ok less talk and some pics.

The battery door took lots of thinking and this what I came out with it very snug so no need for magnets it closes and needs some force not much to open since battery tray is tight inside box.







And you might have guessed the 510 connector is from a Nemesis clone.

Measurements are 3.75" tall, dept 1.50" and 1" wide. And for those that prefer MM 95mm tall, dept 39mm and 25mm wide.

Thanks mike, but you still way head of me since you already built 3 or maybe 4 and this is my second one. To bad I missed your co ops for the dna30, I was out of the country at those times.

I gotta go to lowes to get some paint today, I'll peek at the trimmer lines see what I can't find.

You make it look so easy on the pics you post but i gotta tell you that the hardest part for me was actually getting the lipo in there. lol
This was my first, but definitely not my last.
Feels great in the hand.

Wait until you do a dual 18650 it's noticeably smaller in the hand.
