You control wicking in rebuildables so you can make anything work just takes practice
some vg juices are very thick but a drop or two of distilled water will change that in a hurry
Since I have never used PG I would not know. I have 12 Taifuns wicking very well with hemp or ramie and 100% VG plus whatever the flavors have. The Russians and kayfuns work fine with VG but quit using them. The taifuns are just so much better and easier to maintain. 400 SS, 500 SS, AO wicks all worked great with 100 VG in the gennies.
I also don't like PG. It is harsh on my throat and I suspect in increases my gum bleeding. I vape 90%vg 10%water. Sometimes that is a little thin for my fogger v4 when I chain vape and things heat up. It works fine in taifuns gt and kayfuns. Just dilute it if it is too thick.

On a more serious note...
I decided to start with the alumide, and let me tell you, that stuff is thirsty. I've been giving it a light coat of clear every couple of days, and it just keeps drinking up the paint. About 60% of it looks painted now (the rest still has that dull, flat look to it), I'm thinking 2 or 3 more coats...

Mine was the same way. Took a ton of clear before I was happy with that one
My first Tibs DNA30 18650 just blew. Screen started showing just evolv and no watts. Took the batteries out to reset and now nothing.
Oh well it lasted thru at least 20 rounds of golf.

btw we got remo all straight, thanks to tycreek, moresalt and jka3588
and a big thank you to all the others who also had offered! sure was a good thing though i had ordered that extra box of screws for back-up - except for salt's there were none to be found! Brandon from evolv is great about replacing failed boards, but if you want another one let me know, I have a few spares in my stockpile
